I’m generally not a fan of chain restaurants, but Bonefish Grill is an exception. We never have a bad experience here. Great food, great drinks, and a great experience every time. Leeanna was our server today and she was fantastic – friendly, attentive, and made delicious drinks as well! (Pictured is the shrimp toast appetizer)

I’m giving 5 stars, not for the food or atmosphere, although both are fine, but 5 stars is for the service. My husband has alpha gal and eating out can literally be taking your life in your hands. We explained to the waitress that his salmon could not be cooked on the same area of grill as beef, no dairy in sauces, etc. She was very nice about it. Zoey I believe was her name. She even brought him plain olive oil for his bread bc of the rosemary. Then the manager came over and asked us a few questions and offered to cook his salmon on a separate pan. I was pleasantly surprised. They were very accommodating and we are grateful. My husband’s plate was empty before I could get a pic.

I went to this restaurant for the first time in years. I ordered online for pickup and arrived before the quoted time. There was a number to call on the sign so I waited until closer to the quoted time to call. I called the number but it was not answered, twice. Even though I didn’t speak to anyone they did bring out the meal before the quoted time. The person that brought it out was smiling and friendly. Unfortunately, the food was subpar. My favorite part of the meal was the fries. The fish was very under seasoned. It was screaming for salt…and I am not even a huge salt fan. I’ve had fish and chips at many other places in Lexington with better flavor/seasoning. I was also not a fan of the slaw, which was also lacking flavor.

While traveling we stopped at Bonefish as a safe bet. The atmosphere and service were good. I had the butterfish which was just ok. I had the same entree at another location where it was much better, so that was a little disappointing. The quality of the steaks is decent, but lacking taste and for this reason suggest sticking to the fish dishes.

We had a fantastic experience at Bonefish Grill, and a huge part of that was our waitress, Makala. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely on top of everything without being overbearing. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure our drinks and food were perfect the entire time.
The service felt effortless — which is exactly how great service should feel. Makala checked in at all the right times, caught small details before we even had to ask, and made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about the guest experience.
The food was excellent, but Makala is what made the night memorable. If you’re dining here, ask for her — she’s an absolute asset to this location.

Food was great, appetizers were excellent. We had two lobster tails that were prepared perfectly, the scalloped potatoes were different than what I am used to but was good. Our server was to top of everything and kept drinks full and checked on us often. Overall, great food, service and atmosphere. With good friends it couldn’t be more enjoyable.

If Grecia is working when you visit, I strongly recommend you ask for a table in her section. Her food, drink, and dessert recommendations were spot on, and she took excellent care of our group. The grouper was exquisite, and the coconut pie was the perfect dessert.

Had a great time at Bonefish Grill on Monday, and manager Jacky was a total standout. Super welcoming and clearly knows how to run a room.
Started with the Bang Bang Shrimp (always the right move), then had the maple-glazed salmon—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Jacky also recommended a few cocktails, and she nailed it. The mango bourbon sour was smooth, refreshing, and dangerously good.
Great food, great drinks, great vibes. Jacky is a gem, and I’ll definitely be back. Hopefully she will take me up on my offer to play in my tournament I throw once a month .
