Walked in and the host walks out and his pants were around the top of legs. Showing everything when he had to bend over. Not really appealing, and the soft rap music could have been turned down a bit. The service was great but the food well the Scrapple was deep fried and mangled it required a knife to cut. The omelet well it was okay but did not look like one. The only thing that was right was the pancakes and scrambled eggs and coffee. Again the normal waitress was amazing.

My group of friends really enjoys a yummy meal at a great price. Combine that with a varied menu and an awesome server, and you have the Berlin IHop! We went there yesterday and had another terrific meal and met the BEST server, Samara. She was attentive and so sweet!! We truly enjoyed our brunch and will DEFINITELY be back!! Keep up the good work, we will see you again!!

I’m giving 5 stars for our visit on Feb. 5th. From the time that we walked in, our service was amazing. We were greeted at the door with a gentleman holding the door for us! Our waitress Sam was absolutely amazing. Our food came out hot and delicious (prepared by Nay) and Courtney the manager was so kind as always.

This visit to IHOP was in celebration after my son had finished a doctors visit which cleared him after a medical emergency. This was his request to eat here. This server brightened our whole day soon as we walked in with her smile , polite attitude, knowledge, and fast service. She truly had something special that made the meal a pleasure. Some of the other staff engaged as they passed by our table as well they were just as pleasant and engaging to us and all the customers present. I did not have one problem or hiccup in the service and didn’t notice problems at any other table. A Good experience. I appreciated the options as well I had a non meat meal Avi toast with two eggs. My Son Had A Pancake stack with eggs no meat as well .

The food was delicious . My waitress was amazing. Her name was Samara S . I highly recommend the Mexican Tres Leches Pancake combo with coffee. Very good. Thank you for your wonderful experience. I will be coming back.

So we went to this restaurant yesterday when we got our food, the food was put on very small plates very hard to eat. But that’s not the biggest complaint went to use the bathroom after I was done eating heard a gurgling sound as I was washing my hands. Next thing I know I got splashed with water in the feces that came up from the floor when I asked to talk to the manager I explained what happened in this manager basically blew it off completely. I get that you’re a fast food restaurant, but you should have some way better standards for your customer. This gentleman who was supposedly the manager on duty gave a 5% discount first off I threw away the clothes that I had on considering that there was some other person‘s feces on it. Do better honestly think that he needs some more training how to talk to customers.

The door to enter was easy to find as they have signs telling you where to go. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The staff is also fast to get to you. I love the pancakes (breakfast is my favorite meal).

I was so surprise that the place was soooo dirty, The Booth where we were sitting was soooo nasty, I am not a peaky person nor a Perfectionist. Can’t Believe. There is a manager in that place, it is February. When the place is not busy at all. They have time to clean make it look good.

First of all.. the food is good!: on this particular visit, we had breakfast and our server was friendly, but just going through the motions if you know what I mean. The restaurant, for not being that old seems to already need a really good cleaning and upgrade. The bathrooms had TP on the floor, no liners in the cans, the tables had sugar all over them, there were dirty tables that all but 1 stayed that way the entire time we were there, while the employees were sitting at a booth in the back taking on their phones, etc… the telephone was ringing and ringing and ringing… when an employee finally got up and answered it….. right behind where she was sitting!!! Kudos to the kitchen for some yummy food, but front of house need sl to do so much better!!!!!
