This was our first visit, and it definitely won’t be our last! The catfish was cooked perfectly—crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. The hush puppies were a standout, made with real corn that gave them an authentic touch. We paired it with cole slaw and fries, and topped it all off with a slice of key lime pie that was the perfect finish to our meal.
Our server, Claudia, was outstanding—warm, knowledgeable, and always smiling. Service like that is rare and truly made the experience even better.
The restaurant itself is spacious, very clean, and has plenty of parking. The décor is fun and inviting, with fish on the walls and aquariums that add a relaxing atmosphere. It felt comfortable, welcoming, and like a place you can settle right into.

We’ve been here many times, always a great experience. This latest visit didn’t disappoint. I had the blackened catfish, it was well cooked & seasoned; very tender. It included the fried ocra & pinto beans, both were awesome. The ocra was perfectly cooked, loved dipping it in their lemon butter sauce, yummy! And the beans were very good, loved the taste; great flavor. They recently changed their hush puppies, we missed the sticks. However the new version was just as good. Absolutely love how these are included with the meal as an appetizer, great touch. My wife had the stuffed shrimp, she devoured it if that tells you anything. We sampled the stingrays for an appetizer. Those were very good, loved the cream cheese; again perfectly cooked, would definitely recommend these. Great service btw, our waiter was awesome, so attentive & helpful. He had a great attitude & worked his butt off.

If you are looking for fresh, tasty, farm raised catfish DO NOT COME HERE! I specifically asked the waitress was this fresh catfish or swai..she said it is not swai, it is really good and fresh. Well it tasted old, prebreaded, frozen and it definitely isn’t catfish. What a waste of $20

The atmosphere is very nice and the service was very prompt. We were immediately served piping hot hush puppies with plenty of butter. We both had the small fried catfish plate and it was delicious! We both had fried okra which was just right and we both had coleslaw. The coleslaw could have used a little seasoning, but the texture was perfect. This is a really good neighborhood type restaurant and they have obviously been doing a lot of things right for a LONG time! Kudos all around!

On 1/11/26, we had lunch at this location. We had eaten there for years while living in the metroplex; however, having retired and moved over 2 hours away, we have not had the opportunity to eat there in about a year. I guess that is good as we were so VERY DISAPPOINTED that the hushpuppies have totally changed and the new ones were terrible. Who puts corn in a hushpuppy? Getting past that the grilled catfish that my wife and I ordered was so overcooked that you couldn’t cut it with a knife, you had to pull the pieces apart and the same with the fried okra. The okra was so overcooked that it was like eating marbles. Sadly, after a long drive and entertaining dear family, it was an experience we won’t be experiencing again. So glad we got to enjoy the great food for so many years.
