Amazing, incredible and impeccable. Drive thru female with purple hair was fast and friendly. Give that girl a raise! And whoever made my food deserves a raise as well. My sandwich was perfection and my fries were hot and delicious! Thank you so much for the scrumptious meal! ❤️

I can’t complain about the service, but I did have to wait for a couple of minutes before I was acknowledged. Food was prepared quickly, which may be part of the problem. It wasn’t very busy for my “dine-in” order, but they just slop the ingredients together (like everywhere else). I am past the point where I expect the food to look like the photos, but this was a complete mess. This was supposed to be a beef and cheddar with a sesame bun. Nobody seems to take pride in their work anymore.

This location really sucks. I have stop by here a few times out the year. But today I have no choice but leave a review. 8 times out of 10 I come here and order and my food is always cold. Fries cold chicken strips and sandwiches. Today I ordered a fish sandwich and it was gunk of tartar sauce on the sandwich and the fish was old and cold.
I would not stop by here again!

Went today for lunch. Clean and well staffed with friendly people. While it’s there, get the Apple Pie shake. Not kidding. It tastes like liquid apple pie…crust and all. Run!

My husband and I placed an order through the app for drive-thru pickup. When we arrived, the employee told us to park and that she would bring our food out. We waited for about 15 minutes, so I went inside to check, and there was our order sitting in the pickup cabinet! What’s the point of “fast food” if we have to wait, park, and then they don’t even deliver the order? On top of that, the staff didn’t seem to care at all. Very disappointing.

The white manager ryleigh is extremely disrespectful. And caught an attitude because i asked her a simple question about my meal. Something needs to happen about her attitude problem. IT WAS RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Where do I start? Its fast food. I do think Arby’s is the high end of fast food. I saw an ad for “Petite Filet Steak Sandwiches,” so I decided tonight was the night I was going to try it. I ordered up the Garlic butter Steak sandwich. The only thing wrong with the sandwich was the person who made the sandwich. There was garlic butter on top of the sandwich I would have preferred it to only be on the inside. Other than that, it was delicious. Also, bonus points I got fries fresh out of the fryer, so they were hot and crisp.

Where do I start!? This is the best location around! Yesterday was a busy day with dream cruise taking place right out front on Woodward! The staff did amazing! Great job with customer service! The food was fresh and hott, no wait! The restaurant was very clean, including the restrooms. They even gave out free dream cruise props and stickers to the kids! I’ll definitely be returning! Very pleased with my experience !
