Today was Superbowl Sunday and Sterling’s in Kennewick had a smaller than usual, number of employees, working the lunch shift. Our server’s name was Anthony, and he was the best!!! Anthony was super busy as he most likely was covering more tables than usual. He made sure that every item we ordered was just right, and he checked back with us several times to ask if we needed anything else. I want to let Anthony’s supervisor know that you have a high-quality employee who truly goes the extra mile to ensure his guests are completely satisfied. Thank you Sterling’s, and we will come back often!!!!

I don’t think i have left very many reviews in my 50 years of life. I must here. I have never been to a restaurant that toots it’s own horn, in the menu, then fails on so many levels. Our waitress took the order, brought out the order (leaving a printout of what we ordered) then we never saw her again. The steak tasted of liver and fish, had no seasoning at all, and cooked poorly. The baked potato was microwaved. Afterwards, we threw up all night. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!

Normally I would not leave a review, but today is the day. Waited more thwn 15 minutes to be sat when there was more than half the resturant seating available. Server is nice but not attentive. My coffee cup was dirty, told the server she tried the tell me “that’s just how they are”. Husband never even recieved the drink he ordered.
I ordered a waffle combination with over hard eggs, eggs and waffle were both cold, and the butter was frozen solid. My daughter’s burger sat in the window for so long the bottom bun was completely soggy and falling apart. Im a server by trade and understand a what a busy Saturday morning is, this is not one of those days, the resturant has been at about half compaction the entire time we’ve been here. Bummer, I was really looking forward to this meal.

I eat here regularly. Good clean fresh eating.
Great drinks
And the best freshest largest salad bar in town
All tables have booths and the managers walk around and do quality checks regularly.
If you go to any of the three Sterling’s in the Tri Cities, you are guaranteed a great meal.
Pictured is my favorite omelet The Tampa.

Came two days in a row and was helped by Cristina both times. She was so kind and friendly. She did not seem to put on the whole fake nice girl act she was genuine and I loved having her as a server. The food spoke for itself. It was so good I might have overindulged a little… both mornings definitely coming back every time I’m in town.

So we have eaten at the Sterlings Steakhouse in Richland Wa but never at the one in Kennewick. My wife ordered off the light side menu, salmon meal with fettuccine and a bowl of clam chowder. I ordered peppercorn steak and fettuccine with a side salad. My wife’s clam chowder tasted off so she only had a few bites, they brought rolls out with butter and the rolls were cold and the butter was rock hard. Our meals came out and my meal was the same amount of food as my wife’s lighter side meal which was strange to me and the up charged for the fettuccine which was a joke. Sorry but we will not be going back 65.00 dollars for horrible food that made us sick and with those prices, we should have went to Texas Steakhouse.

Breakfast here has always been acceptable. Had dinner here for the first time, because the kids wanted to try it. Fried shrimp and clam strips came out first. Clams were basically fried rubber bands. Clam chowder was probably the best part of everyone’s meal. Chicken noodle soup had crispy noodles, that were burned in places. Don’t know how that happens. Spaghetti was on par with the cans you get at the grocery store. One tiny piece of lettuce on an overcooked burger and laughable blt ordered. Final price after tip was $164. Never again will I eat here. Wish we went to the food trucks!

Great food. Clam chowder was excellent. Had the maple vanilla Old fashioned and definitely worth it. Wish it was a bit larger
Had the bacon wrapped filet mignon. Smaller in size but worth the price. I don’t eat a lot anyway.

I’m new to the area and I’ve only been here a few times, it has never disappointed. Good food, reasonable prices and excellent service. The atmosphere is nice, everything is clean and my hostess, Cailin was amazing. I’ve had the steaks, Old Fashioned and salad bar. Soups are good too. I’ll definitely be back.

Try the churro french toast! It’s amazing! Eggs were a bit weird (little pebbles) for scrambled eggs. The salad bar looks amazing, so I want to go back and try that.
