Stop by after an eye appointment with my grandson to pick him up some lunch. The drive-through had nobody in it. Their service was great. The food was hot and fresh except for the extra order curly fries, which were old and nasty 10 out of 10 would recommend asking for fresh french friesprices are extremely high portions are what they are.

Arrived at 2:51pm. I had a Dr’s appt at 3:15pm. The office was 2 minutes away. There was one car at the window, one behind, a car at the speaker, then me. I figured I had plenty of time to get my food and eat in the office parking lot. Nope. I didn’t get to the cashier until 3:08pm. It took almost 20 minutes. Then I asked the guy if my food was ready. He went to check and said like 2 minutes. I paid and waited. 3 minutes later, I got my drink, which I had asked for no ice. It had ice. So I gave it back and asked for a refund. Manager came and refunded my order. I asked for the receipt back (because I wanted to complete the survey). She said she needed it because of the refund. She could have printed a copy. But I had to go and didn’t want to waste any more time trying to explain customer service to her. Absolutely unacceptable.

I am paralyzed. I asked for help. The young man brought me a huge soda when I ordered a small and then when he brought me my sourdough Jack it was in a bag that I couldn’t open. I asked about a tray and was told “We have no trays right now” then he walked away. I had to fight to get to my food and when I did, it was cold. Rude and inconsiderate customer service. I won’t be back to this Jack and The Box. I get better service in the “hood.”

This is one of the poorest‑performing Jack in the Box locations I’ve visited. The customer service consistently falls below expectations, the floors are frequently sticky, and the self‑checkout kiosks—rather than improving efficiency—seem to slow down the entire ordering process.

The staff that was on duty at 8 AM handling the drive-through today January 25, 2026 was terrible. Made me feel so bad just for asking for the food that I paid for the lady is very disrespectful and racist. She wouldn’t give me a receipt so that I can get her name and information. This experience has made me want to never support Jack-in-the-Box ever again because of the people that they hire this lady is known for being racist to her black customers, and no one is doing anything about it.
