My very favorite restaurant. I love their fish sandwiches and they’re hot for fries. But, I have to say something to you all. Can you make the french fries just a little bit hotter please? Because people are saying that they’re not getting their fries hot. Other than that, I love your food. I love you’re driving your workers the way they talk to the customers. I love it.

Most of the menus are broken/damaged for months with no signs of repair, customer service at night is prejudiced (via no welcoming presence towards customers other than someone who knows the cashier) and it’s pretty depressing.

This is my first time stopping inside this location. Sunday morning at 7:33 am, and Sherry assisted me. I must say that this is the best experience I’ve ever had at ANY McDonald’s since moving to GA. She was professional, courteous, and brought my breakfast and coffee to where I was seated even though it was to go. I also witnessed her bring others their meal for dine-in. Service with a smile is something I haven’t seen at McDonald’s in at least 10 years or more. Give that woman some recognition, a raise, and a promotion!

The kids play area was nasty, couldn’t find a clean table. None of the hand sanitizer stations worked. This facility needs attention. It’s so far below a Chick Fil A restaurant it’s ridiculous.

I’ve ordered 2 chicken biscuits, sausage burritos and a hash brown. They took 30 minutes to deliver because they took all of it wrong. When I corrected it they were not pleasant. They asked me to wait at no 1 pick up. The guy who came to deliver was searching for Number 1pick up. I came to have a peaceful breakfast, but they ruined my experience.

Best tea around. But when I was in there one employees and I think a mgr where having an argument in plain view. Also, I usually have to wait for someone to take my order because I don’t use the app. Dont use the kiosk. And soooo many customers waiting on their order. Not good for business

I went to go get some food though the drive thru because my app wasn’t working. I had been there previously around the same time, Both times I have went around 10 pm and I had the same guy both times. Each time I have had an interaction with him he has CLEARLY shown that he dislikes the fact that I am even there. I felt rushed to just pop out my order. He had obviously gotten irritated with me for taking too long. I did speak to someone the last time that happened because my order was wrong. I ended up just leaving and going somewhere else because of it. I will probably not be going back to that location and DEFINITELY not at night.

Went thru drive u this guess with an afro and a ear o nose ring decides he wasnt going to serve me bc the lady on front cut on line at the speaker. It was obvious he knew her and decided not to serve me. Biased much. /his is the worst customer service ever. These kids dont have sense.
