Worst Chipotle ever. Walked in and there was a line of people who walked half way down and then left because they were out of almost everything. There was only one person working and the others were standing around talking. They were out of tacos, rice, black beans, veggies, sour cream, and salad dressing. I had already ordered a salad and the Lettuce was all rotten but I pushed through. I had to ask for double meat because so much was missing and she hesitated before accommodating, but it was not double meat. She grabbed a few shreds and put them on top, not a scoop. I had to choose the most expensive meat anyways since the others were all dried out. And they still charged full price. I normally would have left halfway like the others, but I was running out of time for lunch. Never going to this location again.

amount of money on 3 bowls and a burrito. I was the one who wanted Chipotle, and a couple of my guests had never tried it, so I wanted them to experience it—but I regret I did. The order was put together how the restaurant wanted to prepare it—nothing like we requested—with the meat in two bowls mostly fat and several ingredients missing. About an hour later, two of us had diarrhea. The food felt leftover or carelessly prepared. Very disappointed—I won’t be ordering from this Chipotle again.

My partner and I have been twice to this location. Each time just as frustrating as the last. First time they were out of almost everything with no refills in sight. The second time the manager was frustrating to watch. Only stepped in at the last second and prioritized random customers making the employee look bad. Both times the tables were dirty, and drinks lacking. We go for a late lunch and are consistently disappointed. Go to a different location!

Honestly, I usually don’t go to this location and for good reason. Last week, there was a full chicken bone in my meal and they were out of lettuce and guacamole.
This evening, I had to wait 10 minutes for a regular order of chips to go. The cashier literally forgot about me waiting, although I was standing two feet away from the register. I was already in line, just waiting to order, for over 10 minutes.
After this experience, I think I’m going to start going back to QDoba.

Ordered through the app. Brisket bowl did not have any brisket in it. Just the rice beans salsa and cheese ordered 4 crispy tacos they were all soft. I attempted to call the restaurant, I spoke to someone who claimed to be a manger. She had a nonchalant attitude and kept saying she can’t help because the order was done through the app, but she admitted that they didn’t have crispy tacos so they used soft. $60 wasted

The portion I received was about half of what I normally get, especially the meat. When I mentioned it, the person at the counter said it was “normal.” I won’t be returning. If you value your time and money, there are better options available. I hope this helps others.
