As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Probably one of the worst fast food services I have ever got. Ordered my food @7pm app said 10min-15min. Finally got my food @8:07pm had to remind them I ordered food. Then I had to have the lady there make my drink 3 times before she got it right. Asked for tea she gave me 2 different kinds of soda then finally sweet tea. My food was cold im not sure if they gave me a pre-made sandwich or what. Then I also asked for certain things taken off my burger. I had extra put on it. The lady is walking around with holes in her pants where I can see her underwear and one arm out of her sleeve tucked into her shirt while she’s drinking a milkshake. Only one gentleman was in there working out of the 3 people in there. The other was high on god knows what. I’ve called the store no one picks up. There’s apparently no manager either when I visited and asked to speak to one.

I just ordered lunch from Checkers on University Blvd S. We pulled up to the window on my right and the lady said we can’t order from window because it is only for pickup. We asked where’s the sign? She said you have to drive around to the other side. We drove around and ordered. I asked why couldn’t you just take our order? She said that’s what I was told. After ordering she asked us drive back aroung to the side you can’t order from and wait. So confusing. This is ridiculous. My wife drove on the other side and i walked up to the window. I could hear them talking sbout me. My wife knocked on the window to get an update. She said I told him it will take a minute. My wife said please just let him know and not just stand here. They were looking at us like I’m crazy and shut the window, I could hear them discussing me and saying he gonna get his food. I don’t knoow why he standing there?I will never come back to this location again. Unprofessional and untrained to deal with public. Very disappointing at this location.

We tried both drive through lines. No one would take our order. We saw employees inside so we parked and walked up. We waited for several minutes before someone opened the window to take our order despite the employee looking at us several times..we were the only customers at the location. We were told we could only have vanilla shakes because they were not adding the flavors today. The outside tables were disgusting..I used our own wipes to clean the table tops and seats

This must be the absolute worst fast food location I’ve ever experienced. I cannot fathom that the positive reviews are anything other than plants to boost ratings. Went through the drive thru, approached the window and the lady just stuck her hand out for payment. Not a single word. I couldn’t help but notice the guy just hanging in through the walk up window, which must’ve been why the lady working couldn’t care less. She handed me my change and drink and told me to go around to the other window. Sitting at the mobile order window, the same lady eventually stuck her arm out with my food. So much for the convenience of drive thru. I park my truck, get out and walk to the window. Again, not a single word was spoken by her. Beyond the lackluster service, the food was appalling. The burger was actually cold and the fries were room temperature at best. This is clearly an established where management and ownership does not care about anything or anyone, including turning a profitable business.

I ordered a Big Buford meal. The automated order box asks me if I wanted some Cheesecake Bites, and I said yes. When I got to the window, the worker said they didn’t have any Cheesecake Bites. Needless to say, I was angry. The ordering system needs to be updated to indicate which items are not available. I will not be coming back to this location.

the A.I order taking system is extremely annoying. plus the fact I have to drive back around after paying for my food makes no sense at all. that’s wasting the customers time and gas. bring back actual humans to take the order of the customer

Great kids’ food options. Mine love Checkers fried mozzarella sticks and strawberry vanilla swirl cones. Great prices for the cones. The mural made this specific location bright and cheery. A great pit stop on our road trip! Something savory and something sweet to refuel us during our drive. Not too far off the main highway, this location made it a quick detour. Additionally, there was no wait, unlike other fast food places off the highway. Take this detour if you have kids or if you want to try these items if you haven’t discovered them yet! I got the pretzel pubster burger. Everything was on the burger EXCEPT a slice of cheese, melted beer cheese, crispy onions and bacon pieces. All that was missing… super dry burger.
