I’m from Raleigh and had to be in this area for work. I was in a rush and this is the only place nearby that had early breakfast. Didn’t know it’s a well known fact around here that their drive thru service sucks, but I guess I learned! The sandwich was literally thrown together, hashbrown was cold/ not cooked all the way, and maybe you guys should try actually serving sweet tea with your ice.

I have lived here since before this McDonald’s was built and the service at the drive through is always horrible. No matter what time you go or how many people are In line they always ask you to pull forward and then you wait a crazy amount of time for them to bring your food out. They will have people on each drive thru spot and even wrapped around the curb. I’ve even tried to order online for pick up, waited 20 minutes or more, then went a still had to pull up and wait 25 minutes. The kids that work there are usually very polite but they are not being properly managed.

They’ve never got my order wrong but, please for the love of God, if you’re eating here, do yourself a favor and order in advance with the app. The drive-thru is slow as molasses, you could be waiting for upwards of 15 minutes, 12 if you’re lucky.

I don’t eat fast-food but my grand kids do. Tonight I went inside to get two happy meals and left sad. A forty minute wait for 2 happy meals. I doubt the manager or owner of this store knows what happens. The drive up cars are erased and parked so their real times are not recorded. Take out orders are printed out and removed from the system to hide this ridiculous time problem.
In forty minutes I could have bought the ingredients at the food lion next door and cooked a better meal.
AND the folks that work there are dead inside and care even less.
This community deserves much much better.

This is quite possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It is extremely miss managed and now I will never be back.
Today, I went through the drive thru and was was asked to pull into one of the parking spots. I waiting there for 20 minutes until I got my food. The young man came to my window a total of 3 times asking what I had ordered. Isn’t the order number associated with parking spot number – I digress.
I finally get my order, get home, go to feed my daughter her spicy McCrispy, I decided to snag a bite first and thank God I did! The chicken was COMPLETELY raw!! I cannot believe that an establishment would sell raw chicken and put anyone at risk like this! Unacceptable.
A couple other notes:
1. I was told that the drive thru associates are evaluated on how quickly they can get cars through the drive thru, but when you pull off into a parking spot, that time does not count against the drive thru. So, essentially what they’re doing is taking your order, having you pull into a spot, then taking as long as they want to get you your food. At this location, you’re better off just going in to order it you’re going to chance eating there.
2. The professionalism of the employees/ management – I have seen firsthand the managers (I assume) call associates “stupid.” I have seen them outside joking around / smoking right outside the door that all the customers use. One associate even opened the door for me while smoking one time.
3. Safety – just in my couple visits there, I have seen unruly customers yelling and threatening the staff, but no one calls the police. All they do is talk back or argue with them. I’ve seen one of the managers significant other be unruly as well – with the same response from the staff. I’ve seen a fight that included the staff. Just a total mess.
Overall IMO, this place is a health hazard and not a safe environment for the customers or the employees.

Most of the staff was rude. I had to ask for my cups and the drink for the happy meal. Then I checked my food to make sure it was accurate and my bacon burger has a 1/4 piece of bacon and no onions that I ordered. And it took about 20 minutes to get our food. It was Luke warm at best

Felt bad for the employees, manager on duty @5:40 12/30/25 was rude to them by loosing her cool over a little misunderstanding. Talking about “yall need to listen, I can only speak one language, English is all I can speak” little girl she said that to, looked like she was about to cry. But another thing is she paid no mind to people up front when she clearly saw us standing there. Idk she looked very flustered. I understand being a manager is rough believe me I do. But… don’t be one if you can’t be cooperative with your co workers and adapt to different situations at work.

This is the local McDonald’s so we go here often. However, the food can be a hit or miss. I think this relates to all McDonald’s. Never been to the playpen but they do have one available. I do not recommend going during rush hour but again this relates to all McDonald’s. And we do keep going back and it is a good place for quick and easy.

Needs a new manager. Spent 45 min in drive thru tonight for 2 cheeseburgers, fries, mcflurry and a drink. Didnt see an employee walk by the delivery window for 20 min. When I did see an employee they were dancing. No sense of urgency. Left with melted mc flurry and the wrong drink. Inside not any better from past experience.
