I decided to take my absolutely drop-dead gorgeous fiance and future father-in-law out to Applebee’s this afternoon. On the first impression, the outside landscapes were well maintained. Right when we walked in, we were greeted very nicely and sat down. Our waitress was great and did a phenomenal job of keeping my ginger ale full. I have had a lot of ginger ale, but for some reason this Applebee’s has the absolutely best tasting ginger ale I have ever had. For our food, we started off with pretzel sticks as an appetizer, and it was exactly what I was expecting. My drop-dead gorgeous fiance got the ribs and, unfortunately, came out as hard as a rock. The server was very vigilant and noticed the ribs right away and then went to the kitchen to straighten things out. Unfortunately, the second rack of ribs wasn’t good either. I got the mac and cheese with fried chicken. It was yummy and filling. I would definitely return. I don’t suggest the ribs. The server ended up taking a little off the ribs. All in all had a good time except for the ribs.

Applebee’s – Takeout Experience
I had a takeout order recently where the food wasn’t quite right, but the way the staff handled it was excellent. Beth was polite, apologetic, and made sure I was taken care of for a future visit. When I called back another day, Kelly was incredibly sweet and accommodating, making sure everything was handled smoothly and allowing me to order different appetizers.
Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes all the difference—and they absolutely delivered. I truly appreciated how welcoming and valued they made me feel. Great experience overall.

We stopped here for dinner on a Friday night in early July while visiting friends in the area. We didn’t know that Westfield was a college town, or that most of the students hang out at this Applebee’s on a Friday night, so it was noisy for a while. The restaurant was full, so we had a 20 minute wait for seating. Probably not unusual on a Friday night here. Once we were seated, our server came over, took our beverage orders, and then returned shortly after to take our food orders. We ordered light: a crispy chicken sandwich with fries and a clubhouse sandwich with waffle fries. Our food was served roughly 15 minutes later. After having less than stellar experiences at some other Applebee’s locations, we didn’t set our expectations very high here, so we were very pleasantly surprised (maybe “shocked” is a better term) by the quality of the food and service here. The food was delicious and portion sizes were on the generous side. Our server, Sophie, was friendly, efficient, very engaging, and a real delight, and she made our visit very enjoyable. The total bill for our two meals with beverages was just under $35 plus tax. I’d say that’s probably a fair price for our visit here. Based on our overall experience here, we would eat here again the next time we’re in the area. Thanks for reading!

Absolutely horrible service. Wasn’t very busy either, waiting 15 mins for a water, the 45 for our food. Needed to get a box and said forget it cause we could never find our waitress. Management did come over and asked “is everything taste good” my reply yea the air taste great. The servers clearly don’t want to work, and you can’t get service. Even my daughter who works at another Applebees closer to home said this is very bad Service and that her Applebee’s would never be like this. Good thing she didn’t ask to be transferred to this one.

Most needed more flavor like the shrimp and mash the steak came out exactly how I order it and it had a hint of flavor. Kinda disappointed by this Applebee’s I been to another Applebee’s and I got this same dish and the whole entire meal was so good. Came here again just for some cocktails

I like to come here with a friend. I ordered the double crunch shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Our waiter Manny was so attentive. He was well groomed, well spoken nd I just loved that blonde hair of his. It looked marvelous on that brown skin. He put the works on my blue hawaiian long island ice tea..made my experience even better! It was nice and quiet not many ppl in the restaurant at the time. It was about 3:30pm. We didn’t leave till 5 ☺️
