Busy… specially rainy days.
If the line is out the door, once you get in, gather your bread because there is another line to make.
LIST: Make sure your name is down on a list for bolillo. You can’t just get it or order at the counter and leave. They make bolillo all day but last thing you want is to make another line for it.
Conchas have a good flavor.
Many bread options..
Reason I give it 4 stars is because a lady came in, while alot of us had been waiting for long for bolillo, and was helped right away. An employee who was arranging the bread in the lobby, seemed to know her and asked her how many bolillos she wanted and went in and got them for her. In front of all of us.

I guess that’s life. Sometimes it’s who you know that gets you ahead.

Best Conchitas in San Bernardino!!!
This place is always packed. The bread is good and so the Tamales. They also sell juices, tortas, and even Champurrado. They sell Menudo on weekends, but there will always be a line. We love this place, sometimes too much!

ALWAYS AMAZING!!! Fresh pan coming out every 20 minutes. Tamales are FIRE and FRESH, my favorite are the pork as well as the queso. Lines are long but very worth the wait (also depends on the time of day you go, mornings are typically longer wait times). We waited about an hour and a half on Christmas eve, and they came out and severed everyone in line fresh conchas. Super friendly and sweet staff, apologizing and thanking everyone in line for their patience and business. A truly humble business.

Best Conchas! All their bread is amazing, but the Conchitas are so soft and stay soft for days if you keep them stored correctly. I love this bakery and you’ll love it too!

This place is amazing—so many delicious options! From fresh pan dulce and warm bolillos to tortas, jugos verdes, champurrado, and some of the best tamales I’ve ever had. The masa is moist and flavorful, never dry. The bread is always fresh. It does get busy with lines out the door, but the service is quick and the staff are always kind. Totally worth the wait!

I’m writing this review in hopes the owner or manager trains their employees on proper customer service. This place was recommended to me due to their delicious tamales; however, I was treated horribly by one of the cashiers as soon as I walked in the door. I confronted the cashier and asked her why she was so rude and she turned to her coworker and mumbled something and began laughing. The food is really good and I hope she gets the proper customer service training she needs. I could have added her photo and name in here but I chose to be respectful and decided not too. I will not be returning to this establishment and I will not be referring anyone here in the future.

Very good tamales!! I always unwrap a Queso con Rajas and eat it right there.
Later, when I reheat the rest, they are delicious, not dry.
They also have pork verde spicy tamales and regular elote in season
Full panaderia and snacks/drinks (coffee) available.
***Tell only your closest friends about this spot. We don’t want to get the word out TOO much!! Reheat tamales for 4 mins by covering with a wet paper towel, microwave.
