The visit was amazing however one teenager in the next both from us could have had a quieter conversation of her mental health and sexual experiences. The entire section could hear this girl. No one complained so it just continued. Any other time I’ve been here its been a great experience. Gotta take good with the bad I guess.

Food is fine but holy hell they are understaffed. I did a mobile order and placed it half an hour before arriving and then for the first 10 minutes I was waiting at the host table no one even addressed me. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the two appetizers I ordered. Meanwhile tables who I watched order after I arrived were receiving their food. Went for lunch on Veterans day. Wasn’t all that busy when we got there but still took a little to much time to get food. When we received our food it was cold, well mildly warm at best waitress was decent, the times that she did stop to check on us she was nice.

VERY slow service, though our waitress was great about keeping us informed. We all ordered the “all-you-can-eat” and were NOT IMPRESSED. Small plates came out sparsely filled, essentially a third of an actual order. Took SO long to get more food, even with our waitress ordering as soon as she was “allowed” to put in the order. The delay was absolutely in the kitchen, though even the bar service took a while. Food came out piping hot, so the delay was definitely not with the waitress. Poor thing was on her first day off training, but was great! Clearly experienced! Sadly we won’t be going back. It was that bad. The restaurant was about half full, and the all waitstaff looked to be well-seated and attentive to their tables. Had plenty of time to watch… Applebees- do better!!

Walked in and was greeted with a smile and got seated. She made small talk which usually doesn’t happen when being seated. Our waitress was great smiling the whole time, joking around with my son and was very attentive. Our food came out pretty quick and was delicious. I left a review there but couldn’t remember the waitresses name as she had us both laughing and talking. Everyone working seemed to all be in great moods. Smiling and saying hi as they walked by our table. Best Applebee’s I have been to.
