The Manager on Duty Nae does an amazing job! Service is great, food quality is the best of any of the Chipotle’s in Atlanta! I tried to handle my complaint via calling and the website but can’t easily find an email address or 800 number. These chips smell like burned popcorn. I’m definitely not tasting them! There were maybe 3 good chips in the bag. A month or so ago the vinaigrette was over seasoned and not edible. It seems these folks need trained on what not to serve customers. I can’t trust them to serve me edible food anymore! So frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately I didn’t get my receipt.

Rita did a really good job with my order. Was patient, followed safety standards and swapped gloves when needed. And made sure my burrito wasn’t super “wet” since I plan to eat this later when I break my fast for Ramadan. I really appreciate it!

I order from this location often due to me working in the area. I wanted to share my great experience today. I placed an online order and picked it up. During my lunch break I saw that my order was not what I thought. After checking the order on the app, I could not tell if it was the stores mistake or my mistake. Went back to location to tell them that my order was not correct and saw that it was my error in ordering. The staff still made me a new order and did it with a smile! I truly appreciate that because it was my all my fault. Thank you so much Midtown Chipotle!

I don’t like Chipotle food but I do eat their chips and dip and the very first time I went there the chips was good and the second time the chips was stale and went back in to tell them and they gave me another bag and those were stale as well and I said something to the staff and the young lady said they were short of staff and it looked like she just had got there and walked away. Poor customer service and if you guys want any dip make sure you buy your own fresh chips!!!!! The chips tasted like it was cooked in burnt grease!!!

My last experience here was terrible. The line was very long—I waited 20 minutes just to order my food. When I finally reached the end of the line, I was overcharged, and the order of the person behind me was included with mine. I let that go because the process of getting a receipt was taking forever. However, when I got home later, I realized they had given me the wrong order. I spent $18.08 and essentially received nothing.
I went back the next day to try to get a refund, but despite having a digital receipt, they told me they couldn’t issue one because I didn’t have a physical copy. In reality, I was never given a physical receipt with my food. The only suggestion the employee had was that I wait until 5:00 PM for the general manager to arrive. Mind you, it was 3:30 PM when I got there, meaning I would have had to wait an hour and a half just to get help.
I then spoke with a representative online who keeps asking me for information that I have already provided, yet they are not proceeding with resolving the issue. Who knew you could essentially be scammed at Chipotle.

A gray store with a friendly staff. Located right off of Northside Drive in the heart of Atlanta. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Excellent service the staff have wonderful spirits and kindness about them. The food and ingredients are fresh. This is a well managed store. I’m definitely worth a visit.

THEY HAVE COCKROACHES
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience at Chipotle was beyond unacceptable.
We waited in line for about 15 minutes — the line was really long, and everyone behind the counter seemed miserable. Which is every time I go there. The staff was visibly frustrated, throwing food into bags and not paying attention to presentation at all. When it was our turn, my friend ordered a kid’s meal quesadilla and picked her sides. They didn’t even give her the quesadilla until after she paid — and then just handed it to her hot, with no container, no bag, nothing.
I got my bowl, which went fairly smoothly, but the cashier was still extremely rude. We decided to sit outside and eat, but as soon as my friend opened her kid’s meal box, there was a cockroach inside — just laying there. It was absolutely disgusting. We were both in shock. My friend went back in to speak with the manager and ask for a refund, and all he said was, “I’ll give you the refund.” No apology, no concern, nothing.
We left immediately. I’ve never been more disgusted or disappointed by a restaurant. Definitely will not be returning.
