WHAT HAS MADE SPRING CREEK A FAVORITE DINING DESTINATION SINCE 1980? First and foremost are our delicious barbeque specialties – ribs, brisket, chicken, sausage, pulled pork, ham and turkey. With pits fired up daily at all of our locations, we get up early to hickory-smoke all of your favorites, and our ribs are then chargrilled for extra flavor. We feature a homemade BBQ sauce, made from our own secret recipe, fries and okra cooked to order, fresh salads with homemade dressings, giant loaded baked potatoes and the best home-baked bread you’ll ever taste.
We can proudly say that we are still slow smoking after all these years!

This is what you get for $26.63. A two meat plate with 2 sides and rolls, water to drink, and a 3rd side accounting $3.65 of the $26.63. The side of green beans was good, just not worth $3.65 in my opinion. The coleslaw was good, the potato salad had good chunks of potatoes, just burried in too much mayo. The mild link sausage run of the mill. I don’t remember Spring Creek BBQ doing combination brisket, dry or moist. It’s been many years since I ate at the Grand Prairie location. I had the combination and it was quite good, not dry or fatty, just hard to make brisket sliders with the really good fresh rolls. Service was fine considering it was an Tuesday afternoon meal. Same for the atmosphere, not overly loud music or machinery noise. I tried to stop by like 4 months ago on a Sunday to get brisket to go, crowd out the door, so a no go. Bottom line, unless you love Sunday crowds, I suggest ordering to go ahead of time on Sundays, but I don’t know how well the service is for pick-up. Cheers.

got the smoked chicken dinner with a fry basket and it was AMAZING. as always. i used to come here as a kid and haven’t eaten here for almost a decade but they still manage to deliver great food and service. the smoked chicken is so tender and falls apart in my mouth. the fries have this special seasoning that standout although you wouldn’t expect it based on its looks. spring creek is always amazing

5-Star Review for Spring Creek BBQ, Mansfield, Texas
My family wasn’t feeling well, and no one was in the mood to cook dinner, so we decided to try Spring Creek BBQ in Mansfield. It was the perfect choice! We ordered several dishes, and every single one was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot-on, the portions were generous, and the service was fantastic. This place truly knows how to make comfort food that hits the spot. I highly recommend Spring Creek BBQ for anyone looking for a great meal and a wonderful dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Looking for a good family place to eat. This is a good place. The smoked meats are tender and juicy. The sides are good but you come for the smoked meat and the buttery rolls. For dine in you grab a tray let them know what meat you want and slide your try to the sides and load your plate. Fountain Drink and desserts are by the checkout register. If you are getting your food to-go, bypass the food service line and go to the next counter, place you order. To-go orders, everything is individually wrapped or placed in a separate bag. Definitely a good place to get some brisket.

It was clean. When we were selecting our food, the people behind the counter were on their cell phones, not appealing when handling food. Also, the only glasses had melted ice, and the rib meat was almost non-existent, just a thin layer to barely cover the bone. Overall, it is a less than stellar experience.

Avoid if you want to feed a large lunch crew. Most of the employees were nice but the older “manager” that wears the apron could not have been more rude. Placing a $600 order, we thought he would be appreciative. Nope, he was rude, accused us of changing the orders, and also accused us of lying about one of the 23 meals missing when we had to drive back up there. The other three workers were pleasant and the food was great. Just takes one rotten egg to ruin the bunch though.

Took my son and his wife out to dinner last night. He’s in the Marines. He hasn’t tasted Texas BBQ in a while. The rolls were hitting a snag, but the manager did us well with complementary ice-cream and deserts to go. An overall great experience!

I love this BBQ place. Step right up and order. 2 meat and 1 side no problem. Chop beef BBQ sandwich ok, on it. The sides are delicious from the green beans, baked beans to pickles and onions. Dessert peach cobbler on the way to checkout. Wait don’t forget the vanilla ice cream on the house. Did I forget to mention the fresh rolls served fresh out of the oven by the server.

Ordered two meals with a side of fried okra. Glad I checked it before I left because they brought out this burnt okra. When I took it in the guy told me that was normal. Absolutely not and if that’s what you’re serving people then whew! Couldn’t wait 7min for them to probably burn it again since this is normal so got a refund
