Happily surprised by the quality of the food, gyros only. It was nicely shaved/sliced in thin pieces. Tasty. Never expected this from a fast food place. Tzatziki sauce was average and not enough and same was the case for the tomatoes and other fixings. Service is just that of a drive through. What’s there to expect? Adequate.

Best Arby’s I’ve ever been to. The staff was so nice, the food was hot and fresh, and the atmosphere felt like a resort lodge. It was so nice it didn’t even feel like fast food but more like a higher end restaurant experience. I couldn’t think of any negative about the entire experience. All their sauces at the table, and all the food was hot and amazing.

Atmosphere is an 11! It’s like being inside a wilderness lodge! Even the carpet under the 8 person table is spotless. This place is so relaxing. Napkins at the table? Wow.
Oh and the Reuben restored my faith in the food. Maybe it was just this one but I’m definitely completely coming back. Thanks Tim!

By far the coolest and largest Arbys we’ve ever been to! Couldn’t believe our eyes! We were told it’s the second largest Arbys and I would believe it. The service was great! The facilities very clean. And of course the food is always good. I do feel like this location had more options than any other we’ve been to. I would encourage anyone to stop just to see this place. Wow!

This has to be the nicest Arby’s I’ve ever visited both in terms of appearances as well as customer service. The inside is much more like a traditional restaurant with your meal brought to you and comfortable seating. The food was of course fresh and good and the special condiments were extremely flavorful and had to buy some to go!

Very fine dining for fast-food. I don’t come here often, but when I do it is always a wonderful experience. ShortPump is busy, but Arby’s allows us to slow down a bit and enjoy our time together.

This restaurant is modeled after the largest Arby’s in the world(also in Virginia). Unique decor. The cleanest Arby’s we have ever visited and has a much larger menu than a typical Arby’s. Fast service.

Hands down, best Arby’s on the planet. Meat always sliced thin and very fresh. I go out of my way to eat at this particular Arby’s!!!
