If i could give a zero i would. Horrible customer service. I think we were greeted with a head nod and food handed to us back turned. Did not feel welcomed at all so we will not be returning at all. Even my wife’s OJ couldn’t be filled up. Do better with your employees please.

I ordered 2 egg mcmuffins. I paid for 2 egg mcmuffins. I received 1 egg mcmuffin. I called and they don’t answer. I cant return since I’m at work. How hard is an order for 2 egg mcmuffins!?! I won’t be returning here. Am extra 3 minutes to go to a better McDonald’s is worth it to me.

I had a terrible experience at the McDonald’s located at 615 York St, Burlington, NJ 08016. The service was extremely poor, and the environment felt unsafe and unsettling. There were drug deals taking place both inside and outside the establishment, along with shady individuals loitering around the property.
The staff were rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming at all. The restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained, showing a complete lack of management and accountability. There should also be increased police presence in and around this location due to the ongoing safety concerns.
This place should either fire the entire crew and hire an entirely new staff or shut down completely. Easily one of the worst McDonald’s locations I have ever been to. Very disappointing.

This was a real nice experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. This McDonalds is very clean, the young man and young lady at the counter were very pleasant, and the food was hot. Really felt like they treated their customers with respect and not a bother like many other fast food establishments. Will be returning because of this experience. Great Job and thank you.

The service is terrible. I waited to put my order in after some time I had to start calling out. Even then the woman insisted that I use the kiosk. When I finally did get an egg mcmuffin, the bread was stale. If I were closer when I discovered it I would have taken it back

Went through drive through this morning. Paid no receipt given. Went to get food one item missing and another with extra cheese I did not ask for. But was not offered one without extra cheese. I was asked for receipt. They didn’t give me one. I asked if I could pay for missing item. I was told no were too busy. It was you just have to take what we gave you attitude. So I had to go through drive through again for item and keep extra cheese. When I went to window to pay. The cashier ignored me and played with a fan for five minutes. This should have been resolved when I said the item was missing and other item replaced with no extra cheese. And an apology would have been nice. They obviously did not care. I usually by pass this location for the one on 541. But gave it a chance. Think 541 has better management.

McDonald’s has become beyond sad sellin food I won’t even give my dog an then have the nerve to sell there items for beyond ridiculous overpriced McDonald’s is another fast food place that need to close doors for good
