I was really disappointed going here. This place used to be very good. The ramen was overcooked and then in places it was all stuck together. The meat was so fatty that it was inedible in both mine and my boyfriend’s ramen. The veggie tempura was actually disgusting… I’ve never seen veggie tempura like this. It was our date night and we waited a long time for our food (the apps came out after the ramen!) so we ate it and at the end we just couldn’t believe how bad it was.

Plum & cucumber roll was so yummy!
Veggie tempura was hot and crispy!
The spicy tuna roll was the best spicy tuna roll I’ve ever had – perfect spice and the texture was great with the cucumber.
Curry udon was perfectly flavored.
Cold soba noodles and the dipping sauce were similar to what we had in Japan but it’s probably not for the American palette.

I’ve been all over the country for work and tried ramen everywhere I go (even internationally with our brothers to the south) and I can confidently say this has taken my no. 1 spot for best ramen. If you’re in Tucson this spot is something you can’t miss. Their decor is pretty cool, (especially as a Godzilla fan) and their tonkotsu is amazing!

The food was really amazing and a very nicely themed restaurant. The staff here are very hard working and are very focused in their skills. Meg is really nice to customers, additionally serving their food as fast as she can. All of the paintings on the walls is very nicely hand-made. Many cute merchandise are is displays and at the front where you can buy them. Best restaurant I’ve been to in a while!

The first time I went, the food was very good, it tastes very delicious but I was on Tuesday and the food was totally different, it was unpleasant and even the breading of some foods was so thick that I could easily get out to eat, I realized that Mrs. Asiatica had not cooked because she was just arriving when I had already paid the bill.

The plumb roll was really sour/tart. Not for me but the roll with tofu was the best. Avocado roll very good also.

Their Lunch Menu has great deals. The Menu overall has great choice from Sushi, Ramen and regular Asian dishes as well. The staff are awesome & so is the food. 10/10 🙂
