We ordered a pie online for pickup. It took about an hour and 15, and wasn’t busy when I arrived. I’d be very reluctant to order during a busy time. The pizza was just okay. The crust was under proofed, or something went wrong with the rise. It was extremely dense and chewy. Based off the other reviews and my experience at the chariot on flowing wells I’m guessing something went wrong with my order and this isn’t their norm

Had a craving, they didn’t let me down. Stopped in for a pie and some baked eggplant to go. Had a couple meatballs & gravy with garlic bread and a frosty mug while I waited. Food was hot, fresh and well prepared, service was impeccable. Do yourself a favor!

Stopped in around 8:00pm on Sunday night. Pretty quiet with one family dining there. The girl at the counter took order and brought food in timely manner. Italian Beef was on toasted bread, sliced steak in aus juis Italian seasoned. I chose the sweet peppers instead of hot, though they did taste more like regular green peppers that were sauteed to an olive green color and these peppers were accompanied by onions. Not sure if I could have asked for cheese or if it came with cheese, but mine didn’t. Smelled delicious Italian spices in the car on the way home. At home I added cheese and mayo. The sauce was a little salty and ended up mushing some of the otherwise perfect bread. So it was steak, peppers and onions on bread and it was ok. Next time I would order fries to go with the Italian Beef. And ask for cheese. It was decent and I appreciate the people who made it, a super big sandwich piled with meat.

Very disappointed with my salad order at the Alvernon location. As a returning customer, the salad seemed messy, rushed and significantly smaller than usual and to make it worse it was missing some ingredients.

5 stars because I love this place. Even tho they made me eat a dry salad ordered ranch for the salad and extra ranch… it was all missing.. it’s okay I forgive you just check the orders before you pack them for pick up please!

This place has great quality food. Unfortunately that is where all positives come to a screeching halt. Standing at the front of the house you are confused because the menu is not immediately apparent. Looking down on the counter they have their mail adverts laid out as the menu. Here’s where we got tricked. Their “full menu” is face up but their specialty pizza options are only mentioned on the backside of the advert. We ended up paying more for less. Their card machine was broken so they were only taking cash. Decor is dreary and old. Pool table is set up in a small space, and was Out of Order. Bathroom door was broken. So much was broken and service was so bad. Our pizza came out in a flash but my cold cut sandwich took HALF an HOUR after that to make?!?

so good!! very reasonably priced, too. paid about $60 for large pizza, breadsticks, 18 wings and 3 drinks. the breadsticks are unlike any ive ever had.. they’re fried and kind of remind me of funnel cake but they’re DELICIOUS, highly recommend. The interior isn’t the fanciest but based just on food, this place is a definite hit!
