Oh wow I am very astonished ! I came by the location this morning and the speed of service is definitely better than it was earlier this year. I spoke with the New GM Walter and his team has been pushing speed of service and quality food . I came to the drive thru, they answered quickly and actually did not pulled me forward just to pull me forward for there drive thru time . He taken his time with me and got me extra sauces that I wanted in my bag .

I had an amazing experience great customer service specifically with Taylor. She was very fast pace and friendly she made sure me and my family had everything we needed. Her smile blew us away. I come to this location all the time, and Wednesday’s visit is exactly why! The person on the drive-thru speaker, Blessing, was so cheerful and easy to understand. It honestly made ordering super quick and pleasant.
Then, when I got to the window, she read my drink back to me and just had a big smile while handing over the food. She even asked if I needed extra napkins or sauce. It’s seriously the little things like that which make a huge difference.
The service here is just always great, and my food was perfect. 10/10.

I had a great experience at Hardee’s today! The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were both professional and friendly. An employee named Blessing provided excellent customer service, she was polite, quick, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to see a fast food place this clean and well run, with the manager actively involved. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Every time I come to this location it’s a PROBLEM but the Floyd road location has better customer service. At this Thorton road they always act like they don’t hear you at the drive thru, “no hold one moment”, just straight ignore you, dead silence . If you make it past that point they are always asking you to pull up to get your food bc they take so long and don’t want it on their record. Hardee’s franchise/ management needs do better with this location. Just go to Chick fila, it’s one light up and worth the friendliness you will receive!

Great service, food was cooked well, and it was quick efficient . I walked in and spoke to the General Manager Walter and his staffed is trained really really well. They got my order correctly hot and fresh ! Also the lobby smelled like fresh biscuits and the coffee was Hot !

Chef’s Kiss!! I stopped visiting this location a year ago because the food quality and service was terrible! Today I had a taste for the biscuit & gravy platter- and Baaaaaaby! I had to call the restaurant to ask for the mgr and to personally tell him (Trey McIver) how good my food was! Having previously worked for Hardee’s for 16 yrs before becoming a healthcare exec, I KNOW what it takes to consistently produce the quality product I am currently devouring.
