Got a ICE cold meatball sub, I said not toasted not cold. They 2 employees were totally lost, and when we say down they would instantly disappear, I kept having to open and close the door to get assistance, with the buzzer thing. The final time, I went and leaned real far at the edge of the counter and found them literally ACTUALLY laying down in the kitchen floors like they were in bed all stretched out, with headphones and devices looking COMFORTABLE , like, no wonder I can’t get service! They were completely oblivious to anything except the ” door opening buzzer” I could have done whatever I wanted in that place. They JUMPED a mile when I said ,excuse me. They basically messed up mostly everything. The guy was NICE, I’ll give him that but I was being overly nice because I was with my former mother in law and just wanted out of there with no-issue. The food was average. It was gross cold , I tried to eat it because I HATE sending food back. Just couldn’t. So I took it up and asked to warm it not toast it because i just got all my teeth pulled, and he picked up the meatballs with his HANDS literally , and put them in a paper bowl, and microwave them for like 3 seconds… Ok like…ok ..he said he forgot that he turned the machine off that keeps them warm for some silly reason, I don’t know, def not good def not a good situation at all hahaha. The big long cookie was good, nice and warm but that’s about it

The food is usually okay. When ordering online I sometimes find issues when arriving home. Sometimes it feels that the employees are inconvenienced by your presence. Today was my first time using the restrooms because I needed to change my baby but they didn’t have a changing table. It’s not hard to buy even a pop up station from Amazon for $50.

Not possible to see the food choices anymore!!!! Never coming back to this location. The kids ordered after my oldest had the youngest on his back so she could see the meats. I tried to pull up the menu on my phone, but there’s no phone service here. Didn’t order anything for myself, and I won’t be back again. WHAT ARE YOU HIDING SUBWAY?!?!?!?

This place sucks. My father called in to place an order for pickup and they refused to take his order. We live around the corner and will never visit this place again after the refusal to let me know when a manager would be in to discuss this and then hanging up on me!

We realize at this time jobs are hard however if your staff has attitudes with the customer you shouldn’t be in customer service position. To treat your customers as if they are bothering you is not the way to keep your job. Unless subway can care less. Your employee threw away the sandwich instead of making it the way the customer wanted – a long time customer will no longer be there to purchase anything from you! Hanging up on customers also is unacceptable.

Nice and clean, fresh food and good service. Open for breakfast and plenty of room to have a meeting g or work from the restaurant. It’s not super busy either. I do recommend.

My breakfast steak and sub was fantastic. The young lady that made the sub was extremely nice. I don’t know if the Subway there is owned St. Barnabas. But St. Barnabas, you have done an amazing job with Tusca Plaza and a great service to Brighton Twp. because the employees at the whole plaza are the some of the best employees that I ever seen anywhere. App never works. Removed it and my family is done going there. It never works anymore and the only deals are on it! Probably done on purpose at this point, but I’m tired of it.
