10/5 stars for Rob in the drive thru. I didn’t know they didn’t take Apple Pay, but rob took the time to type in my card numbers so I could still get food on my way to work. Great customer service. Thanks again rob!

absolute garbage food looked and tasted microwaved. Terrible service waited 25 mins for cold refried food. Wouldn’t be surprised if their next visit with health department ended up in them being shut down. 1 stars for everything 0 if i could put it.

Can’t tell you what the food is like. Arrived over a half hour before they closed waited in like four 15 minutes to be told they were no longer serving anything with chili that it had to be prepped or and icees or frostys that the machine was being cleaned. Told them I was happy to wait, and was told that they could do the chili but not the drinks. After waiting ten more minutes and getting to the window was told that they would not do chili tonight that if I wanted to wait I would have to wait until tomorrow was in five minutes when I told them that was fine. They then told me that they were not serving me anything I ordered and if I did not leave the premises they would call the police. First time at a sonic in a year, also the last. These are the two woman I spoke to at the window, there was also a heav set gentlemen working in the back. Go to the checkers next door and get better food, better service, at a cheaper price and let these people who clearly don’t want to work lose their job when this store fails.

A few of the workers I came across were full of energy and caring. I don’t have any problems with them. However, I ordered a milkshake one night and when I got to my house only 5m away it tasted weird. I smelt it and it smelled sour… I’m most likely never going there again after that…

I wonder why people go to this location? Any time I come it take 20-30 minutes. In that duration I should have prepare food at my home or buy from other stores. Some many people complained about same in the reviews still the same service.Only visit if you have plenty time to waste.

Terrible service. Waiting at a stall for 15 minutes only to be told to get in the drive through line which took another 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I get 4 melted shakes, an unapologetic employee and then they got my order wrong and left a drink out. How this location is still open is beyond me.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Every single time, the service is horrible. If i could rate 0 stars I would. The employees are so slow it’s sad and they take forever to take and make your order. I sat in the drive thru waiting to order for 10min. Then pulled around to the window, still no answer. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but god i was wrong. This sonic needs better management or something because it’s fast food, not slow food. This will be my last time coming to this sonic because it’s a complete waste of time.

Tonight was just ridiculous. The lady that was working was the only godsend the boy he don’t know what he’s doing I paid for 2 shakes and he made them and sat them down proceeded to do other things for around 10 MINUTES before the lady noticed and came over and was like what’s going on. His defense is he was having a night I’m sorry but that is not an excuse for leaving a car in your drive thru for an extended amount of time with no reason like my shit was done and I had paid already! That lady that works there needs a raise if that is the kind of coworker she deals with.
