Swung by the drive through for dinner. Friendly staff took my order immediately upon pulling up to the speaker. Always nice to be greeted by a human rather than an AI voice like some other fast food spots have been doing. Got a large Garlic Double meal and a Frisco Melt. Food came out fast and fresh, soda was perfectly carbonated, full of flavor, and ice cold. Fries were hot and crispy, both burgers were absolutely delicious.

Terrible service! Apathetic workers. Dirty tables, orders not filled: ordered by kiosk- asked for the coffee I ordered twice- and bottled water once. Have you ever imagined what battery acid would taste like? That’s their coffee- so black it was syrup-like- 6 creamers didn’t even touch it- apathetic workers- couldn’t care any less about their service. Would never pay to eat here again.

This is not the best location for Steak and Shake. The restaurant was dirty and they only had 2 guys on staff and they were slow, I think they forgot our shakes as they came out 25 minutes after the food.

I won’t be dining in at a any of their locations anymore. Highly doubt I’ll be ordering again in general. While the food is good, the inside is cold and just not the same. There is no hosthostess anymore to seat you. There is NO ONE that will come take your order anymore either. You now order your food from a kiosk and then seat yourself. They will call your name and you then go grab your trays of food. It’s no longer an enjoyable experience.

i would give zero stars if i could. this place is an absolute disgrace. i’m not sure how it’s still open. i ordered a frisco melt through doordash today. if you’ve had one, you know that melt is the operative word there. this sandwich was not toasted. they just slapped everything on cold bread. fries were cold as can be and the drink was 90% ice. i called the restaurant and spoke to one of the employees about all this. she was sarcastic and told me i have to tell doordash. never ordering here again. everyone should take their money elsewhere

Consumers beware. I ordered a 3pc chicken tender and received raw chicken. Unfortunately I ate half before I realized, and feeling terrible! I asked the Manager how the chicken was raw, and she said she only took it out 10 seconds before the timer.

Was on a road trip to Indiana when we decided to do a drive-through and I must say it was a very good decision.
Nice chicken fingers (not dry). The best part was my husband said “this is likely the best steakburger he has ever had; moist, not greasy”. Even my daughter that does not like to eat cheese tried it and asked for more.
