First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Stopped in for brunch and waited only a few minutes to be seated. The dishes were okay and arrived as expected, though they could have used a bit more seasoning. There was ‘2 for you’ option for few items under a category. I prefer small portions so went ahead with it (You could choose salad or soup) So i’ve received half portion of usual qty of soup and half portion of sandwhich.

I tried the hotcakes and wow—they were super tasty. It was an NFL weekend, so the place was crowded, but we still received solid, attentive service and managed to get a good spot to dine. Lively atmosphere, good food, and no chaos—always a win.

We touched down in AZ from Chicago at 7:30 am and our friends picked us up and drove us straight to First Watch! This was my 2nd time here while visiting AZ last year but my hubby had never been. Back then, I was eating pork and had the Million dollar bacon but no longer eat bacon so I was worried I wouldn’t have any tasty alternative options. I also have a gluten allergy. We opted to sit outdoors. Our waitress was training another young lady and they were both great! I ordered the gluten-free French toast, scrambled eggs with light cheddar cheese and turkey sausage! Delish! And I ordered the smoke salmon salad. Amazing!! We all enjoyed our food and I will be visiting First watch in my area in Chicago soon. I will come here, every time I visit AZ.

This is a solid go to breakfast spot with good service, tasty food, and lots of options though it can get busy. The staff was friendly and fast but the table edges were dirty and stained my shirt which was the only downside.

Our first time visiting and we picked the perfect spot for breakfast. Light, bright atmosphere, phenomenal food and wonderful service! I had the lavender French toast (delicious) and my hubby had the SoCal hash (also delicious)! Definitely try the Pineapple Express juice….fresh and yummy! Loved it here and highly recommend!

It was my first time here and I loved it! The service was amazing. All the staff is friendly and very attentive. The food was very flavored and cane it very quick. I knew this place was a hit once I parked and seeing the waiting line, luckily I was seated right away because it was only my son and I.
They have an option where you can pay your bill online, which is fantastic if you don’t want to wait in line and pay at the cashier.

Such a treat! The food was fresh and hot when it came out. It was about a 10 minute wait, and our server was very nice. Our total visit was about 45 minutes and very seamless also. I would definitely visit this location again.
