Yes me and my wife was at this Perkin’s this morning for breakfast. The restaurant was quiet and soft. We had a waiter by the name of angel Latino guy. He came to the table asked did we need coffee we said yes. He brought the coffee back and that was the only time we saw him,after he took out order.We arrived at 11 a.m. So we see other customers coming in after us getting there food . Yet we been there almost 45 minutes. So I go to the check out register in the front and tell the lady about the situation ,she says our food will be out in 5 minutes or so I say okay. Then 2 minutes after I sit down this lady comes from the kitchen area and say I’m sorry your ticket got lost in the system. I explain to her that the waiter angel never came back to our table and let us know what’s going on and she says he does this all the time. Then he comes back while she is there talking to me and my wife laughing and giggling like this is funny. He should be let go ,then they give us a free breakfast that the eggs are cold ,toast is burnt and bacon is greasy and over cooked. Terrible

Well me and the misses tried Perkins again but this time the Plymouth location. Our experience was no different than the Crystal location, we were seated quickly but that’s where the quickness stopped. We ordered,my wife ordered a muffin and sausage links and I ordered eggs, hash browns and pancakes the waitress brought the muffin right away but my breakfast came out about thirty minutes later and the eggs and hash browns were cold, the pancakes were slightly warm. In all we were there for over a hour no one’s breakfast should take that long. I ate some of the pancakes but that was it, who ever took over the Perkins company Well you’re missing the mark I will not risk another visit to any other Perkins.regret having to use a gift certificate on what food we did get .

Ladies Bathrooms were clean, the food was excellent, and we loved our waitress, I think her name was Jari? Please forgive me if that’s not what it was. I came here Tuesday, 4/1/25 for dinner.
The magnificent $6 under 6 was super great, with side of t toast added for $3.59. Note! They have a sign on the front door stating eggs have an extra $0.50/ egg. I didn’t mind this one bit! We got dessert to go and had the waitress split the desserts for us, she was very kind to do this! Enjoy my photos! Parking was amazing, because it was pretty quiet at that hour, and it was snowing outside. Thank you for an excellent meal place to catch up with an old friend!

We’ve been regulars at this location for many years. We usually go for breakfast food, mornings or even evenings, and never leave unsatisfied. We were in tonight and our server Erin was fantastic. She’s always pleasant and attentive and she’s one of the reasons we love eating here. Great food & service and the pies are delicious as well. We’re lucky to have this location nearby!

I used to go to Perkins all the time, especially back in the day when my kids were younger and they used to have the free kids on Tuesday meal deal with games and whatnot. The kids loved it. I hadn’t been to a Perkins in quite a while, so I thought it’d be a good idea to go and it was in the area I wanted to have breakfast.
I was seated pretty quickly.The waitress was nice & attentive, there was no issue there. I did notice that the food amount is a lot smaller than I remember or even compared to what others are doing these days for breakfast. I’ve never received that minimal amount of hash browns before in my life and the pancakes seemed pretty small, I’ll deal not a big deal. So I go to pay and let me just say the manager was, I won’t say he was rude but he was cold and not pleasant. The person I was with said something to me as we walked away before I could even mention it. I don’t know if he needs a vacation or what but I likely won’t be back to this location for sure. And probably won’t try Perkins again for a while.

Erin is a HOOT! Always gets our orders out on time and cracks some good jokes while she’s at it! Go to this Perkins if you want some good affordable food any time of day!

You need more staff on Thursday nights!! And Saturdays, and probably other days, too. We noticed the atmosphere was much lighter and brighter than the last time we were there 6 months ago, and the staff seemed more engaged with the customers, it just took a while to get our food.

Was craving some Perkins tonight, so I decided to brave the snowstorm with my kiddos and enjoy a good meal. Becca was our waitress, and she went above and beyond to make sure my boys and I had everything we needed. Our food came out quickly, and her service was absolutely wonderful.

I have visited this Perkins location twice in the last four months. In both cases, the restaurant was not busy. However, I had to wait over an hour for our food after we sat down and ordered.
The manager, in both instances, was rude, disrespectful, and made it very clear that we were an inconvenience to him. During my most recent visit, he harassed me in front of other customers for using a BOGO coupon that he could not correctly enter into the system. He made me look like an idiot, and I do not appreciate being talked down to like I am a two-year-old.
I am not sure why this man is still employed with such terrible customer service skills. I gave the restaurant a couple of chances, but I can say we will never visit Perkins again.

Norma Jean waited on us . She was very friendly and efficient. Before we ordered she ask if we wanted coffee and brought us a pot of hot coffee.
