I called the store and spoke with the manager, Carl, to express my concern about the employee’s behavior and the quality of my fries. Unfortunately, Carl was also very dismissive and rude. Instead of apologizing or showing concern — as a good manager should — he rushed me off the phone and only said to bring the fries back to fix my order. He made me feel like my time didn’t matter at all.
When I asked for the corporate number, he told me it was on the fries box, which was completely false. Now I have to go out of my way to report this issue because they failed to follow policy — managers are required to provide a way for customers to escalate concerns, and Carl did not.
If I was you I would stay away from this location
I spend my money there EVERYDAY!
Today 10/26 really did it for me
Breakfast is over on Sundays at 11am!
Not 10 minutes til.
I made a mobile order for Breakfast from YOUR parking lot! At 10:50am. 10 minutes before breakfast was over. When I was at the speaker, breakfast was still up on the menu. I gave them my order number and I was told to pull to the window. There were numerous cars in line. So I waited patiently.
Got to the first window and was asked if I needed a receipt, i declined and was told to pull forward.
Got to the 2nd window and was given my drinks. The lady told me to pull forward, they were working on my food. This was then right at 11am.
I SAT AT THE 3RD WINDOW FOR 17 MINUTES before a lady came and asked me what food I was waiting on. I showed her my receipt and she said breakfast was over at 11. I showed her the time on my receipt which was 10:49am.
She got the manager. Its now 11:20am and the lady manager tells me, breakfast was over at 11 and “its not our fault you didn’t get there to pick it up before 11!”
I explained to her that I was in fact there before 11. She said, “well we cant make it now so do you want lunch or not, and you’re order was canceled anyway so you weren’t even charged” and she walked away. She didn’t come back to the window. I WAS NOT REFUNDED. IT STILL CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD.
I can let a lot of stuff go, but to get no apology or anything. And to sit in a fast food drive-thru for 20 minutes and to be treated like I was the one who did something, is so unprofessional.
To just walk away from a customer in mid conversation, is beyond unbelievable. And still have been charged.
By reading some of these reviews, It seems as if a lot of these complaints are reoccurring and not being dealt with as they should. This location needs to do some serious firing or retraining. Starting with the managers.
I won’t be back to this location and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I ordered this evening using the mobile app. Picked up my food thru drive thru at 9:20pm. I was the ONLY vehicle in the lane. My food was taking a moment to be prepared. I was happy to wait.
The lady at the window asked me to move forward, I responded that I was the only customer and did not see why I should move. Her manager then came to the window and demanded I move. I had no problem responding: No.
They are only concerned about falsifying their wait time. What happened to customer service?
If all they are focused on is metrics, then they need to learn more than the one. This lack of customer service has convinced me that my business and my disposable income is not important to them.
This unsatisfied customer will now take her business to any and all competitors. Lack of sales may have management rethink their approach.
This is easily one of the most unprofessional restaurants I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After waiting 15 minutes at the 3rd window for my order, watching countless cars roll by with their food, my order ended up missing an item. When I asked to talk to a manager about the situation, “Malcom” who I had spoken to at the previous window immediately went on the offensive trying to blame me for the issue when I had already verbally given the order 4 times and they had it digitally and could have looked it up. I cannot imagine the store’s head of customer service is incapable of providing level headed responsibility for his own personal mistake.
I will obviously not be returning. I recommend the store owner look into finding managers who actually provide customers with basic respect, not try to argue that “I had got your order” when, obviously no you didn’t if I’m missing a whole happy meal.
Lot of devilish behavior in this location.
I’m so glad my grandchild checked my food. They had took a bite out of my food and laughed at us in the drive through. The light skin boy with curly hair lied gave us the wrong cooperate number. I never experienced this at McDonalds.
