Beyond disgusting. Found a few hairs in my ice cream. The girl wasn’t wearing anything for her hair and seemed very unhappy to be working there. Idk if this was deliberate or not. Either way this is the last time I’ll go there. Horrible!

I was having a really bad day and I needed something to cheer me up so I decided to go to this Cold Stone Creamery location for some ice cream. The young lady who served me was beyond welcoming and she was incredibly sweet. She doesn’t know this, but she really helped me feel better that day. Not sure where to start! 1st I waited 15 mins with only one person ahead of me, he waited just as long. 4 employees, one working on to go orders. One in the back touching his hair on and off while making ice cream, the third was refilling candies that could have waiting on customers. By the time I was helped there was 8 people behind me. Advice to manager your employees should go to the chino hills location and learn how to run a shift! Employee wearing shorts you couldn’t see under her t shirt.

Each time we go into the store we are greeted with a warm welcome and smile by whoever is working. Often it can get fairly busy in the small store and there can be a a bit of a wait. But with only two people working behind the counter it’s no surprise. But through it all, they’re always positive and apologetic. I can never fault the mood and service of the staff!
The product speaks for itself – some of the best ice cream I’ve had outside of Europe!

I’ve only been in here a handful of times, and every time it’s hotter than the outdoors, and the ice cream is melted on top inside the freezers.
The workers were visibly overheated. One girl had sweat all over her. Absolutely awful conditions to be working in, let alone, selling ice cream.
What kind of cheapskate owner set a thermostat at 82ﾟ???!!! That’s ABSOLUTELY against OSHA and Federal Labor laws.

Always a good experience at this Cold Stone. Good and tasty ice cream. For around 6 dollars for 2 scoops and toppings, it is s good treat. Around 20 flavors, but they are good and enjoy going here every so often

Usually I love the product here but today I ordered “an apple pie a la cold stone” and 95% of it was vanilla ice cream. I only got 3 little chunks of apple, cinnamon and no pie crust. I was surprised the young man made it so quickly. Now I know why, he skipped a few steps. Not happy.
