I came here a few weeks ago during one of their BOGO entree deals and had a very pleasant experience while here. The service was very pleasant and it was also very quick and efficient too. The food was good and very fresh. The store as a whole was very nice. Will definitely be back again in the future.

I did a mobile order and when I opened the bowl the lettuce was FROZEN! the entire bowl was cold and inedible atp. I did the survey and never heard anything back after paying for DOUBLE STEAK, Guac and more. What a rip off. The team should’ve left the lettuce out of the bowl after seeing the awful conditions

overall bad chipotle. i ordered today, september 8th and i had gotten a bowl with extra rice, extra beans, and double steak. why did i open up my bowl and my bowl was not filled with product. it looked like a little over one singular scoop of steak. if im paying almost 20 dollars for food, i’m expecting it to be about 20 dollars WORTH of food. id like to be a frequent visitor but i cannot support this chipotle with my business if this is the portion size for an extra rice, extra bean and extra steak bowl.

I understand that everyone wants fast service but the girl serving the food was doing wayyy too much. It wasn’t even busy and she was going way too fast. Every second she kept asking “what else” while literally interrupting me as I told her what I wanted . I had to keep repeating myself since she wanted to be speedy Gonzalez. Ordered my food through DoorDash got the wrong order so I had to go to location anyways because with all this AI I couldn’t even speak to a person. Had to go the location and wait until management made other people orders even though mines was messed up. Customer service and the ability of people to slow down and do their job properly. This was a huge inconvenience. We use these services because we need too sometimes. Wouldn’t order from here again.

Ask for chicken and barely received any at all. In this photo you see zero chicken, an avocado barcode sticker and something dark and solid that isn’t meat. My gf doesn’t want her meal now either worried of the same out come. Store doesn’t answer phone calls and doesn’t want to issue me a refund. Don’t eat here if you care about your life

They must be under new management because now food portions make sense! I really didn’t like the old crew….why are you giving me one spoon of rice and half a spoon of chicken?! Ordered a kids build your own with soft tortilla for my daughter. This was sent stale and hard. No consideration for the $ spent or the families who consume. This location is lazy and the food is ALWAYS lukewarm or cold. Do better.

I ordered veggie bowl and I found chicken piece in it. When I contacted, they said it’s a normal human error and give me free bowl. I’m not looking for a refund, I’m allergic to any meat. Also we pay premium price for the quality and safety of the food but chipotle regulations are very bad. This happened to me 3 times already so far.
