i’ve been going here for years, and i always come back!! i started out as a door dasher, and the manager Frank always kept me updated on peoples orders and always tried to be as quick as possible. i haven’t doordashed for 2 years now and i still come here for dinner often!! Frank has always made it such a great environment, and he’ll have a conversation with me while we wait on my food. He always asks how i’m doing and about my baby! i’ve always had an amazing experience here, the food is always correct and well made, and all of the employees i’ve encountered are so kind! i’ve never had such great service and such a friendly person take care of me at a restaurant! thanks for all you do Frank and everyone else!

Friendly staff but instantly felt sick after eating here. But my stomach is fine. Its weird its like I caught a headache cold my throat is irritated plus i have a headache and feel warm and achy. Never had that happen before after eating fast food! So beware!

this taco bell is heavenly. they never disappoint. lunch or breakfast they make my order accurately and it is always hot and fresh. always go to this location when im craving taco b bell
one time i was supposed to get two cheesy gordita crunches and got these nasty ahh rice and bean burritos i HATE beans and the rest of my order specifically asked for no beans so. waste of money this time around. at least my trash can doesn’t mind bean and rice burritos :/
changing it back to 5 stars they gave me a coupon and made it right this time. drive thru crew is always on top of things and never get it wrong

I have to always recommend this tocobell on Preston right next to Burger King they have fantastic employees and their employees love working together. The tocobell team at this location rarely makes mistakes when they do they fix them. When you come in the lobby has a causation sign just to insure that there customers don’t slip and fall

They ask us what kinda sauce did we want and we said mild and the boy gave us all hot which to me no sauce from Taco Bell especially mild isn’t the same with out plus no one seems to give out napkins what’s up with that

I continue to go there bexause of the closeness to my house. They ALWAYS mess up my order. I order a number 1 hard shell and a drink. That is 3 supreme tacos… I understand fast food is hard to do. The difference between regular and supreme is adding tomatoes and sour creme. I mean adding tomatoes and sour cream is not very hard, yet it is always ” forgotten” nearly everytime. I ask for hot sauce and it says 6 packs on the screen, and I get 3 packs in the bag. Notice the taco in the picture…I was lucky to get anything on it! Go someplace else. I am done trying to give them numerous chances. This was supposed to be a supreme taco…
