Paid for an order on the app, said I was at the location so it would hopefully be waiting for me, as I only have 30m for lunch. I get there and the order was never received on their system. After showing the cashier my phone, I was handed a smaller size fry than I had ordered. I then went back in for that (and a straw), and pretty sure the lady took the small fry, dumped it into a large fry container, and handed it to me. 15 minutes for a double fish meal with a 8/10th full coke, and half a large fry. Good lunch. Sandwich was great.

Dear, McDonald’s MGMT
I am writing to share my feedback regarding my visit to your restaurant on March 5th, 2026, at approximately 6:20 p.m.
I want to specifically commend two employees, Abe and Chris. Both of these gentlemen were incredibly kind to customers and went above and beyond in their service. They even took the time to double-check on me while I was finishing my coffee to ensure I had everything I needed. McDonald’s is very lucky to have such outstanding employees, and I wanted to make sure their hard work was recognized.
Unfortunately, I also observed that the female staff members working at the same time had a poor attitude and were banging things around, appearing as though they did not want to be at work.
I hope this feedback is helpful, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks again to Abe and Chris for their professionalism and kindness.

Came in on a drive up from Williamsport PA. When my dad and I came in it was noticeably busy, then we overhead the workers say there were only two of them on staff. Two people doing everything in a busy McDonalds is no easy feat. They got my order correct and even helped me with a refund because they were out of smoothies. Even though the food was a bit cold, I didn’t mind considering everything.
For being that overwhelmed and busy they did an amazing job.

I did a DoorDash delivery one night, and I’m a broke college student looking for money. DoorDash told me to use the drive through and when I told the woman I had a DoorDash through the drive through she was extremely passive aggressive and rude saying “oh really? That’s so great I’m so happy for you! Go back around to the door that you drove past to actually pick it up like a normal
Person.” I understand that it’s McDonald’s and you’re not gonna always get a great atmosphere in a low income neighborhood but I don’t understand having a bad job like that and borderline having a fire-able attitude one way away from unemployment. Enjoy that job shawty

This is hands down the worst McDonalds in the Binghamton area. Every time I go they get my order wrong, they take forever to answer the drive thru, and the staff is ridiculously unprofessional and rude. I avoid this place if I can but I had the misfortune of of having to come here today because the Vestal location didn’t have water.
I was given the entirely wrong order, the lady threw it at me, and I don’t even like what she gave me. I’ve attached a picture of the two “sausage mcmuffin with cheese” that was in the bag.
The scrambled eggs I ordered were in a McNuggets container of all things, so the “egg juice” got all over everything and leaked through the paper bag.
This place is *terrible*, do not go here. I’d place a complaint with McDonalds, but I literally never hear back from their support when this happens. They don’t care.

So, i’ll be completely honest. I don’t get Mcdonald’s all the time but I KNOW to avoid this specific one. Especially the drive thru.. The food I got was good in my opinion, now that being said as someone who currently works in food service, the staff member responsible for servicing the front desk was an absolute catastrophe. Airpod in 1 ear, disregarding customers at the front desk who I watched wait for upwards of 5 minutes before they were told in response to a question of anyone working the counter; “yes, but not right now.” Meanwhile she’s back there prepping meals for both the drive thru and people inside as well. I also watched someone who was already here and waiting before I even ordered wait an additional 10 MINUTES AFTER I got MY food just to be told they could not have ice cream b/c the machine is broken and it being a reward, no form of compensation was offered..even though you have to spend money to get those. Overall, food was alright but whoever works the front desk needs to be let go ASAP. She should not be working in food service. I do apologize for the intrusion of privacy but I feel as though the Owner needs to know specifically who was working the front when this was written.

Worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to by a long shot. I placed an order through the app, when I got to the drive through I waited about 5 minutes before anyone even said anything. They couldn’t even spare a “hey I’ll be with you in a moment” and they were very short with me when they did finally say something.
Once I pulled up to the window my food came out in a decent amount of time however all the food was absolutely horrible. The soda was tremendously lacking in syrup to the point that it was basically carbonated water. The fries were so salty I couldn’t finish them, especially considered I didn’t have a decent drink to wash it down with. The fish had to have sat out at least since the previous day, if not longer. It was to the point that there were spaces between the layers of fish bc it was all dried up. The bun was stale and the cheese was stiff and unmelted bc the meat was ice cold. The only decent thing was the cookie and if I only wanted a cookie for lunch I could’ve gone to the gas station and not wasted my money.
I don’t usually complain or write reviews but I felt I had to in this situation as it was so unbelievably horrible. I couldn’t find anywhere on the app to rate or give feed back on my specific order at this location but hopefully something is done bc it seems like from reading other reviews this is a consistent experience at this location.

OMG this place is so horrible it is comical. 20 minute wait at drive through speaker without any contact, cursing in kitchen, 1 hr wait for order, table service non-existent, soggy overly salted lukewarm fries from dirty frier, locked door 15 minutes before closing time, no apologies or compensation, service without a smile. Good coffee and atmosphere.

I am going to break this review into two parts, how the foot tastes, and how it makes me feel. The Double Big Mac consists of 4 hamburgers and 3 buns. It is a high quantity of food, coming in at over a 1000 calories. Now to get to the taste. It’s an average fast food burger with a large amount of beef. Don’t get me wrong, it tastes good, but not spectacular. Secondly, how it makes me feel, terrible, this burger destroyed me. I cannot even put it into words how much this burger churned my stomach and demolished my insides. It is physically impossible for me to eat this burger again for next time I might not make it. I can only recommend this to brave soles that are looking to plant their flag in this colossus patty that only leaves destruction in its wake.
