The service was great, once I arrived. I attempted to make a call in order, but I arrived while still on hold. At that point, I was on hold for 20 mins with no service. The bar was almost full, but there were only 5 cars in the parking lot, including mine.

I ordered through DoorDash, however this is the second time my food has come incorrectly. When I call they try to validate their mistake and there is no validation to be made. When I first tried them the had good service. Now, their service and the quality of the food SUCKS!!!

Salsa”s Mexican Restaurant is a down-home neighborhood restaurant that serves authentic Mexican tacos and burritos as well as other delicious dishes. They offer great service and an outdoor patio for dining. The food was delicious and affordable. The portions are generous, and all food is cooked fresh and made to order. I highly recommend this eatery if you are on the road or if you live nearby. I’ll definitely visit again. I was pleasantly surprised.

The Chimichanga was so Disgusting and it Looked like it tasted. There was No Flavor everything tastes bland! It was hard and there was so much water in the lettuce Toppings! The best part of the meal were the Salsa and Chips ! So Dissatisfied and will not recommend!

We went there with a pretty large group, after a soccer game. 9 teens and 5 adults. It took a very long time to get our order and get the food out. Boys were restless, and hungry. We did not feel welcomed. The gratuity of 15% is automatically added to your order. This was not mentioned upon ordering. When I asked about it at the end, our waitress said she doesn’t know, the computer does it automatically. If adding 15% gratuity for large groups is a policy, please explain it to the customer upon taking the order. Another kiddo got double charged because the cc reader went off. Food was just okay. One of our parents is a vegetarian and while vegetarian dishes are listed on the menu, our waitress mentioned all is cooked in the same oil with the meats, hence she couldn’t order anything. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, we didn’t feel welcome and it was a hassle to get through dinner after almost 1 hour of waiting.

We came here last year on a road trip to Savannah and enjoyed it. This time, not as much. The California burrito was very bland and ingredients not evenly distributed. Only 2-3 bites in the very middle had all I ingredients , rest was just tortilla and dry meat. Asked for more cheese as it didn’t come with much but got surprises charge $2 ar end (we don’t mind paying if they tell us up front but get annoyed when they tack it on without any forewarning). I got the grilled chicken dish with mushrooms, onions (no bell peppers). I cant eat beans so I asked if I could swap our beans or the beans/rice for fries and waiter said yes.I asked if I needed to switch both beans & rice for fries, or just one, and he said he could change out 1:1. Then we got a $2 charge for that. The fries tasted old and reheated.the chicken didn’t have flavor and needed salt. The blue margarita was good. We won’t be coming back.

This is a gem in the small town like Dublin. It’s just what your used to when it comes to Mexican restaurants. It has all the usual great selections and great quality food. Have drink specials and fairly priced over all. The service was great and friendly. If your ever stopped in Dublin definitely go check it out.

(At the 441 location) For the third time tonight, we called to order to-go at 7:15, was put on hold for over 10 minutes, then tried to call back and the phones had been purposely turned off. So we drove 20 minutes to the location to place an order and no one was at the front to take an order or host had we wanted to be seated. I had time to drop my partner off, go fill my car with gas, and come back to pick him up and that’s when they decided to ask if someone had been with us yet. We left and drove another 10 minutes to the mall road location for great food and service. Will not be wasting our time and energy with the 441 locations again.
