Ordered a salad and a medium pizza and it was great. The customer service was great. Unlike the paisans on Ogden you have to order and pay at the counter first and then they take the food to you.

Ordered deep dish 14″ for $30.
Took 1.5 hours to be ready when told 45min-1hr. When we got home, it was mostly thick dough, barely any cheese. Less cheese than their thin crust. Called to inform them of the issue, took 10 min of explaining, put on hold multiple times before a manager took my call. I had to re explain, Then he said he couldn’t find my order with my number. he made me send him pics of pizza and ticket/receipt. He then only offered a $10 credit. I asked if it could be remade, he said only if I brought back pizza. Said ok. I asked if instead an 18 in thin could be made to replace. He said no.
Overall, the lack of organization and customer service was extremely disappointing, especially from a place I regularly support.

An absolute gem of a place. The service and staff were super friendly and helpful. One of the most charming staff I have had the pleasure to meet in a long time
The pizza was cracker thin with a perfect crunch and buttery crust. The perfect amount of topping to sauce ratio. The dragon fries were a delicious blend of sweet and spicy. But not overkill on the heat.
We will definitely be back. I can see this as our go to place whenever we are in Cicero.
