Found this plastic INSIDE MY MOUTH because apparently you put plastic in burritos now? Someone could literally choke and die.
Update: called the manager and she essentially claimed that this is no big deal and accidents happen “because they are opening plastic all day” traditionally plastic goes in the trash/recycling, or is it different for your employees, and they throw it away inside of burritos?

05/2025 update: Why!? Why is it so hard to give you what you pay for? You see the picture in the advertisement and say that sounds good so you order it only to be met with disappointment! Ordered the chicken cantina bowl and what I received was pitiful at best.
I guess they thought if they mixed it all up I wouldn’t notice the sad 2 small pieces of chicken amongst the cabbage and lettuce. If this establishment can’t afford to deliver quality food why bother at all? Maybe it’s a lack of training or motivation for good customer service? Please do better!
11/21/2023 Update: This establishment needs either new management or a complete overhaul of majority of it staff. Ordered the grilled cheese nachos and the pictures speak for themselves. Everytime we oder from this establishment they either short us on portions or completely omitted part of our order which we paid for.
What a joke!
So this is the second time in a week we have ordered the double chalupa box for 1, the type of food and 2, the xbox code. Both times we were not offered the boxes as we ordered 2 chalupa boxes and the orders were nothing more than a joke. As seen in this picture the “double” chalupa was indeed the correct shell but the filling left plenty to be desired, the spicy tostada didnt have any sauce on it and one of our soft tacos had no ground beef but instead had potato pieces in place!?
Even our drinks were wrong as we ordered a mountain dew and Pepsi and recieved and a mix of Pepsi and something else, oh and the nacho chips? Lol I guess filling the little cups with a decent amount of cheese is to much to ask and thank you for the few sauce packs we received. Fast food is truly becoming a joke.

Literally in line for the second time because they did not get order correct. Also ordered 3 guacamole and two cheeses which was in tiny sauce containers all less than half full. And charge 255 for guac and 170 for cheese. At least fill those bitty containers up. Lord. Do better

Man I was so disappointed with the service and food here!!!!! First off the young lady at the window was doing an amazing job taking our order then the manager interrupted her for what reason I don’t know and rushed us to order. Our food was missing items and then when I opened up my nuggets yes I tried the new nuggets it was horrible in taste and looked horrible! The nuggets tasted like they were fried in old oil!!!!!! I posted two pictures one that was used as an advertise and the one I actually got!!!! BIG DIFFERENCE

Called at 8:37pm on Friday January 30th about an order I never picked up. Was told to deal with it online? Why are mangers not trained to use the app? What’s the point of being a manager if you don’t know more than the regular employee? Then she says she doesn’t know corporate numbers and to Google it? What kind of business doesn’t have corporate numbers posted around or for at least a manager to see? This shift manager is very rude and unhelpful.

This Taco Bell is very good in regards to being fast food. The food in my experience has always been hot and fresh. The team is also always on point. I very much recommend using the app to order ahead of time and coming here.

Made an online order and arrived at the store and patiently waited for it. They didn’t have either of the three drink selections I ordered but no problem. The problem is I was shorted tacos and nachos. Accuracy wasn’t there even after waiting for almost 5 mins for the order. Called the store to let them know about the situation and someone picks up the phone to hang it up. Great customer service after spending 30 bucks. Never again. Had to come home and grab my own nachos chips. Atleast they gave me the right amount of nacho cheese Love the girl in drive thru. Cutr and a Real sweetheart. Don’t think it was her fault.
