Terrible customer service. I ordered the new sesame shrimp and beef — nowhere did it say it was spicy-NO LABEL!

After two bites I couldn’t eat it. I gave it back to the cashier she told me I’d have to pay again to replace it.

Only after arguing did they agree, and then it took 18 minutes to get my food after being told “a couple minutes.” And somehow this was my fault.

To make it worse, the cashier said they had no pennies and basically forced me to “donate” all my change to the children’s hospital.

That should be optional, not the customer’s problem because the store can’t provide change.

And all of the inside tables where dirty.

The manager, Nick, was rude, dismissive, and told the cashier to say he was too busy to talk to me. He eventually came over after waiting for him to appear at the counter. He was completely unprofessional and needs a lot more training in my opinion.

Between the attitude, the lack of customer service, lack of basic sanitation and the way they handle cash, I won’t be back.

I reached out to the chat bot customer service, there is no longer an 800 number and have not heard back from them.

If you guys want to be cashless then do so and if you don’t want to wipe tables, then do not have a dine in option. Do not expect us to clean them for you.

They are getting worse was just there a few days ago and only got about a few pieces of chicken that were way too hard to chew total waste of the money that they charge for their food. Never going back there again no matter how much I want them I am beyond disappointed And fairly unhappy

The staff were nice and had good customer service. The food was good. The reason it got 2 stars is because the beverage area, the tables, and the floor were filthy. I posted several pictures of it. Disgusting! Somebody needs to step out from behind the counter and get the place cleaned up. There were a lot of tables that could have been used, but nobody would sit there.

Yesterday my girlfriend and I purchased a family meal and some extra sides from this location and had the BEST experience. We very much appreciate the friendly workers who made our order exactly as we asked with smiles on their faces. Every request we had was fulfilled (including my request for lots of extra sweet and sour which frequently is ignored at other locations)! This staff is A1 and made this Panda our new favorite restaurant ✨

11am in the morning no one was here so I went through the drive through. Waited at the window for about 5 minutes and was then told they were waiting on veggies. I said I’m ok with them switching since I haven’t paid yet and she said ok, then disappeared for 10 minutes with no warning. Got the food, parked 3 min away where I had phone connection and there was no fork or napkins,and over half the food was cold including the ragoons so I drove back and went back in. At this point I literally had no time at all to eat since I had to drive back to work so I gave up and it’s just sitting in a bag in our back office. I’ve had a few issues in the past with a very long drive through but this was horrible and had no communication at all. Had I known about the wait I would’ve gone elsewhere and been able to eat lunch.

Went thru drive thru. Got my food pulled over it was the wrong order. Went inside and they gave me almost the right order but messed up and have me honey shrimp instead of chicken. I knew to check but didnt think i would have to check a second time. The workers are the best and always super nice but i dont feel like its a good look to have to go get my correct order for it not even to be correct the second time! Sucks that i wasted an extra few dollars to not get the other entree i ordered

Last Saturday weekend we were here at this location. In the drive thru @ 8pm. One car ahead of us. In line for 15mins after ordering. The food was cold. Unable to eat it. Ordered Panda bowls, The orange chicken with chowmein. Kung pan chicken with fried rice. All awful. All was was over cooked. Not eatable at all. No utensils. No napkins, one fortune cookie..Smh

TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER! I was asked at the drive thru if we wanted sauce and my response was if you have gluten free teriyaki I will take it. Employee looked at me blankly looked at the packaging and said yep and put these in the bag.

These are not gluten free. You need to train your people to understand what this means.

Also, no utensils or napkins with the food in the bag. Honestly, I’m not even eating this… your employees probably don’t even wash their hands.
