went in yesterday & had a horrible experience was only there for a pick up order the drive through guy was so rude ! he handed me my order and 1 drink when I had 2 drinks & a milkshake I asked him about the other 2 & he was so annoyed to have to make them only gave me 2 straws the milkshake had ice cream all over the cup on the outside I was trying to put my drinks down since I didn’t get offered a drink carrier and he opened the window back up saying “wasn’t that everything” I said yes but I felt so uncomfortable & disrespected! got home & I was missing an item from my order in the bag he was slamming the window shut everytime he opened it & was balling up his hands in a fist it was a white dude with longish dark hair & glasses so rude ! I’ve never had an encounter like this before

They always get my order wrong in the morning. I get STEAK and eggs burrito and they give me the bacon and egg burrito. It’s like ok. First time I’m just gonna eat it, make no fuss. 2nd time I’m like ok whatever but third time….. like ok yall definitely trolling now. Idk if they just throw in all burritos in one pile after being made and then just put random into a bag or something but it’s super unprofessional doing it three times within a spand of 5 months.

I had one of the best burgers ever. Got the Cali XL and I’m a plain meat and cheese guy so I got extra cheese and asked for the bun to be toasted extra. I toasted like a grilled cheese toasting on the outside was fantastic.

Their deals are great buuuuut their $3.29 strawberry lemonade doesn’t come in large but one size, and doesn’t contain anything that resembles fruits such as strawberry seedlings.
Del Taco has the same priced strawberry lemonade with REAL strawberries and comes in a very large cup. Do better.

As a former customer service industry worker, I am utterly shocked at the service this establishment provided tonight. I repeat, TONIGHT.
(I’ve lived in Gresham over 3 years and the usual worker here is an amazing sweetheart.)
Tonight however, I was accosted by not one, but two rude, immature, improperly trained & entitled children.
I ordered a large guacamole bacon burger meal with a strawberry lemonade & was informed the strawberry lemonade is only offered as a small.
I said that was fine & ordered the burger, fries & drinks separately (as 3 small strawberry lemonades & requested a large cup of ice) Despite it costing me more, I didn’t mind, I just wanted more lemonade (because that drink is ).
I paid for my ticket (including $10 worth of lemonades) & the drive thru attendant went to hand me 3 medium cups of ice, to which I said “oh I’m sorry I just wanted one large cup of ice.” She said “then that’ll be $3.99.”
I. Was. Speechless. After a moment of silence, to collect myself & regain my composure, I looked at her & said “so, I can get 3 medium ice cups for free, but one large ice cup is going to cost me $4?” To which she said, “if you want to be difficult & work the system, yes.” She turned around & slammed the window in my face.
She came back 5 minutes later. Handed me my food & said ” so you want the mediums or are you paying for the large?” I said I’d take the medium, asked for a drink carrier, a lid & straws. After she handed me the requested items I asked for her name to file a complaint with corporate- to which she slammed the window in my face & walked away again.
Another employee walked up & asked what I needed & I said the rude employees name, so I could file a complaint with corporate & she said “she’s a minor, I can’t give that out.” So I asked for her name. She said no. So I asked for the Manager’s name. She still said no. Then she laughed. & Closed the window. Then they both stood there laughing.
So, I pulled out my phone & took a photo. Here’s to hoping corporate sees this & does something to train people like this (& maybe makes large strawberry lemonades available).
I can’t believe the pickle rule has fallen so far from view in the industry that a cup of ice is now a point of contention to a paying customer willing to pay $10 for 3 small cups of drink. Do better Carl’s Jr. Do better.

Bad experience. Picture of the new $10 el diablo big angus compared to the advertisement. Very small, very sad, no toppings hardly or sauce. Food is way overpriced and nothing like the pics (obviously) but I mean nothing. Very sad fries burger and zucchini. Sodas are very small. $30 for two angus burgers, one large fry and one large drink with zucchini side.
Wont be back.

My experience wasn’t very good at this location. I ordered a larger chicken bacon swiss chicken sandwich and I have been feeling sick with fever, stomach pain, and excessive diarrhea the last 5 days and decided to go to doctor and was diagnosed with Campylobacter. I would consider being more careful eating at this location.
