For almost £18 for a calzone I was really expecting it to be large, but was probably the smallest calzone I’ve ever had. Taste was pretty good though. My partner had a standard pizza for £14 and that was also very small and basic. Food prices these days are high, but this was higher than what I’d say was average, but was also very small. I don’t know how they’re getting away with it. Perhaps they’re not, because the restaurant wasn’t that busy for a Saturday night

Staff were very friendly and the service was excellent.
We ordered from the lunch menu any meal from the menu with a soft drink for £9.95
My son chose the crispy chicken burger and I had the halloumi wrap both dishes came with a good amount of skin on fries.

From the moment we walked in, the staff at Frankie & Benny’s made us feel right at home – friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Service was spot-on all evening, with food arriving quickly and always with a smile.
The highlight of the night was definitely the Rack of Ribs – tender, juicy, and absolutely packed with flavour. Hands down one of the best I’ve had. The Original Fredie Spaghetti and Meatballs was hearty and comforting; the portion was generous, though the sauce was a little on the mild side for my taste. Still, it was a proper classic done well.
We finished with the Original Sundae, which was just the perfect sweet ending – creamy, indulgent, and nostalgic in all the right ways.
Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish. Great staff, great atmosphere, and food that hits the spot – Frankie & Benny’s never disappoints!

My friend and I came here for lunch and were immediately greeted with lovely staff. We had an allergy on the table and they handled it brilliantly. Food was lovely and drinks were great as well. Melodie was our server and she was absolutely lovely and very attentive. Thank you!

If there were a Nobel Prize for customer service, Dilan at Frankie & Benny’s would win it hands down. I am genuinely blown away. she did not just serve us; she completely made our entire week. She was attentive, unbelievably kind and just absolutely crushed it from start to finish. I’ve even eaten at fancy restaurants that did not give me the level of care and treatment she gave us. She is an absolute queen and made our night completely unforgettable. Frankie & Benny’s, you have an absolute superstar on your hands. Hands down the BEST! service I have ever experienced in my life.

Everyone says the staffs have a good manner but I don’t think it’s working for me.
I had to wait for a long time at the reception and there weren’t no spoons and forks in my table. So I told the staff to get one and she gave me so rude.

Came here for dinner just after 5:30pm and for a Friday evening, it was surprisingly quiet. There were probably 5 or 6 tables being used, with the rest of the restaurant empty.
10 years ago, this place would have been packed! I suppose people don’t like eating out places like F&Bs anymore?
The food was tasty albeit a bit pricey, but using NHS discount, I had 20% off. Staff were lovely and the meal I had was what I expected for Frankie and Bennys.

4.5/5. Had a table booked here today. Was instantly sat down to a table after entering. Our order was taken 5-10ish mins after being seated. It was a nice environment with a nice atmosphere and decor that they added due to it being valentines. Food did take around 15-20mins which wasn’t the worst at all. Unfortunately it was a little on the cold side if i’m honest but was enjoyed by both parties regardless of its temperature. Staff were really friendly too. Prices aren’t ridiculous but also aren’t the absolute cheapest but it’s a nice restaurant to visit so that’s not expected. Sad that my local one has closed but to come have a nice meal in a nice location it’s definitely a place considered to go to by myself and i would recommend it to others for sure.

I really enjoyed the £5 deal and will definitely be back! The service from Kam was great, our food came out very quickly and everything about our experience was very efficient. Although it wasn’t very busy when we arrived soon the restaurant was bustling and Kam was almost single-handedly managing fabulously. Thank you!

We visited today as a family with two young children who were hungry for their lunch after a trip to the new cinema, great they had kids eat for free for half term but you would thought it being half term and having the offer on they would of had more staff on but this wasn’t the case.
At first we had to wait half an hour for a table which was fine, once seated we had to ask to order food and drinks after being seated about 20 mins then after seeing tables being seated and given their food before us we had the kids starving and asking where their food was? Then we saw my son’s meal sat on the serving stand for a while getting cold whilst waiting for the other 3 meals to be ready which by the way was only pizzas. Such a shame as we had a great time at the cinema and wanted to go for lunch somewhere nice after and had to wait so long for service. Not once did the staff apologise for delays either. We won’t be returning!
