Myla was my waitress and honestly I didn’t have to ask for ANYTHING once. She even knew the perfect time to bring us a box without having to ask. One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I used to waitress and I know how it is and she was exceptional. The food was also amazing but because we had such an amazing waitress that made the experience 10 times better. My boyfriend and I are from out of town and I get so sad when we dine somewhere new and get a bad environment so I loved everything about this!

It was a busy Tuesday, but everything ran smoothly. We did have to wait coming in, but that was expected with the amount of people in the restaurant. When we did get sat, we got waited on quickly and food came out in an appropriate time. All the servers were on it and ready to help when needed! and the music was great, I was singing and dancing in my seat the whole time.

I came into Buffalo Wild Wings on Thursday and had a great experience! I was greeted quickly when I arrived, and even though they were pretty busy, my food only took about 15 minutes which I totally understood given how packed it was. My server Lily was amazing and made the experience even better. Overall, I had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

I typically don’t come to this restaurant but decided to give it another shot and I was to no surprise disappointed and will NOT be returning. The restaurant was dead, there were maybe 5 tables with people. We were seated by a host immediately and then it took 20 minutes for our serve Toshia to take our drink order. After getting our drinks and placing our order it took OVER an hour to get our food, which was ICE COLD and looked like it had been sitting for hours. Just shy of 2 hours in this place. We will not be returning and would advise that you steer clear of this location.

I have been in town for work this past week and it was so great the first time, I only came here! Bailee, Madison, and Edo were all exceptional bartenders! Drinks were cold, food was hot, and the atmosphere is amazing! I loved being able to watch multiple games throughout the week.

Ordered ahead on the app at 4:40 PM on a Friday with a quoted pickup time of 5:10 PM. When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty, yet another customer said her order was already 20 minutes behind.
We waited in the pickup area several minutes without being acknowledged. When someone finally helped us, we were told they were just now working on our order—well after the promised time. Several employees walked by without even a greeting.
Later, we were told they were “working on the tater tots.” I asked if that meant the rest of our food had been sitting there getting cold, and the answer was “Yeah.”
After a one-minute drive back to our hotel, the burger and boneless wings were ice cold, while the tots were hot. The attached photo shows the entire order of 10 boneless wings—they were extremely small and more like children’s chicken nuggets than what Buffalo Wild Wings advertises.
This location clearly has management and execution issues. I hope corporate leadership reviews this location, because this experience does not reflect the Buffalo Wild Wings brand I grew up enjoying.

Went for late night food and drinks while Thursday football was on. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Half price boneless wings and draft beer specials helped make this more affordable. Normal prices slightly high for wings but Tuesday and Thursday make the price decent. Food was delicious and beer tasted great. Would recommend while specials are going on.

Not very please with their service. Me and my friend walked in and stood up front to be seat for ten minutes. We got seated then sat there waiting for our server for 20 minutes and no one came up to tell us that they will be with us or anything so we left.

My family and I went to the local BWW for dinner. The restaurant was not busy. After being seated, we waited 10 minutes before being greeted by our waitress. She brought our drinks, and then walked away. After 15-minutes, I asked another waitress if we could order. After a 30-min wait we finally were able to order. 20-min after the order we received our mozzarella sticks. The waitress set them on the table and said “sorry for the wait” and left before we could respond. No napkins, no plates. Just lukewarm mozzarella sticks. Our meal would finally arrive. I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich (pictured) The chicken patty was like a sponge. My wife’s chicken wrap consisted of over cooked chicken nuggets. No one, (4-meals) was able to complete their meal due to poor quality.
We saw our waitress 5x (drink order, food order, mozzarella delivery, food delivery, check). Only when I asked for the check did she ask how everything was or if we needed anything. Needless to say, leaving was the most enjoyable part of this experience.
The overall environment is not welcoming. Blasting music when also playing multiple sports game, when there may be 40 people in the entire restaurant does not bode well for a return.
Overall. If you want fast food quality, go to a fast food restaurant. Don’t over pay for fast food at BWW.
