The food was delicious with fantastic flavors, and the prices are very reasonable. The service was excellent, but what truly made our evening special was our hostess Justine—her warm welcome, attentiveness, cheerful personality, and constant smile made us feel right at home . She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
Many thanks to Justine, the restaurant management, and the chef for an unforgettable evening.
Highly recommended!
Serving boys were great. They assisted us with allocating convenient table, handed over plates with extra care(mentioned it was hot), served food neatly.
Highly recommended restaurant. Easily accessible.
The tables have white tablecloths so it’s a little more fancy than a casual restaurant, but don’t be intimated. We showed up in our everyday clothes without a reservations and got a table on a Friday evening around 19.00.
To eat, we got the chicken tikka masala, naan (comes with four pieces), rice, and the salmon, which was the clear winner with the spicy sauce. It was delicious! The tikka masala was tasty, but the sauce tastes different than what you find in the USA. It is more tomato and maybe even coconut milk heavy.
Our tab was 50 Euros, which isn’t as bad as other nearby restaurants.
I tried chicken tikka masala, veggie samosa and naan. Naan was very basic; was not made in a tandoor. It was similar to naan you can buy in a store. The samosas has minimal flavor, the size of the 2 in one order was small. The chicken tikka masala was nothing like I have ever tasted before (I don’t mean it in a positive way). Looked like a yellow sauce. The chicken pieces were extra large, but were tender. Could not find tomatoes or veggies in it.
The food was edible and the quality was decent. Service was good. If you want a tame introduction to Indian food then this place is okay. But if you want good authentic Indian food, you may need to look elsewhere.
Order chicken tikka masala, a cauliflower dish, naan, and mango lasi. The food came out timely. It was all very salty and similarly flavored. The tikka masala didn’t taste like any I’ve had and was unremarkable. The naan was pretty decent. The mango lasi was excellent.
Service was great.
