you guys NEVER cut quesadillas correctly. i can never pick one up and simply eat it and enjoy it without food falling down me and the tortillas falling apart. seriously do better taco bell.

Taco Bell count your days. $20 could have gotten you half the menu a few years ago but now it gets you a soggy “crunch” wrap supreme. I ordered it on the app as I was pulling in so you would expect it to be fresh-ish but even though it took 5 minutes and another employee to see me trying to get your attention you still turned your back talking. I get it, it’s Richmond so I shouldn’t have had any expectations but you guys are the poster children for how wrong Taco Bell is for raising their prices and having trash food.

I drove a car to go through the drive thu. . I ordered a box! My food reminded me of a movie, this being the movie Diary of a Wimpy Kid rules, which is about a older brother who instills harsh rules on his younger brother, to desparic consequences. Parallels and contrasts: the taco bell corporation of course imposes rules onto its franchises, these not so much being rules and instead a default way of life, the ingredients and dishes must be made the way that the corporation intends. When i ate my burrito, burrito, i tasted a longing for something greater. Perhaps the construction of my burrito wanted to be somethjng different and new . But, sub or consciously, was rejected. Maybe a singular geain of salt was added to my burrito that made me feel this way. . I loved my food…

Got to the drive up menu and the girl says we don’t open for 3 more minutes, I said no problem I just wanted something to drink. Well you need to go sit in the parking lot. I’m the only one in the drive thru and no one else waiting. Okay I went down the street to McDonald’s. I definitely will not return to this T Bell……..

Ordered door dash, whoever made the food put maybe 1/4 of meat in the burrito and taco and didn’t add enough portion at all for what it was worth. Will not eat at this location again lol

This taco bell opens at 10:30. We went through the drive thru at 10:27. The lady on the speaker said , we open at 10:30. My friend said that’s ok, we’ll just wait the 3 minutes, we were only getting drinks. The lady, again, says, we open at 10:30 you’ll have to pull into the parking area. We heard laughing in the background! We left and went to McDonald’s. I will not go back to this taco bell!

My husband went to get food , he asked for no lettuce, in my 3 tacos . Every taco had little pieces of lettuce in it , and I also to top it off found a hair in my taco! I totally lost my appetite! Will be going to the east side from now on!

I ordered at the self service device and waited for over 20 minutes while the food set on the Door Dash shelf behind the counter. No one called my name and when I finally asked about the order they grabbed it off the shelf and handed it to me.
