Nice store in Woodstock, VA. Most of the items seem store made. Various kinds of coffee, soft drinks. Small breakfast menu. There are various areas for seating including an area in back that is outdoors. The former sales area I remember is now seating. They have a huge area of wines. Only open until 4pm.

Excellent food quality. Prepared my ribeye exactly medium as requested. The Ramps Butter was a beautiful garnish and added unique flavor. The Pave Potatoes were amazing. Had never had them prepared that way. The Brussels Salad was unique and delicious. Homemade yeast rolls baked and served in an iron skillet. Wonderful meal! The owner came by to be sure we enjoyed everything. We did!! Will go again despite an hour drive each way.

Beautiful, rustic atmosphere. It is surprisingly large inside with plenty of seating. They serve breakfast, then lunch until 4pm then host special menu dinners by reservation only. There is a plentiful selection of wines, and they have beer on tap. Very friendly staff and owner. You can park on the street in front or in the beautifully bricked parking lot in the back. They offer outdoor seating in the front and back. The Greek salad had a delicious balsamic dressing. I just wish it had more calamari olives for the $10 price. Very accessible. A local favorite!

Woodstock Cafe is a gem in the heart of downtown Woodstock. This cozy cafe and restaurant serves up breakfast, lunch, and dinner—plus a delicious brunch on Sundays.

I first visited years ago for dinner and recently stopped by for lunch. The experience? Just as impressive as I remembered. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who keep their cool even during the busy lunch rush.

If you haven’t checked it out yet, now’s the time! Try one of their signature sandwiches or a classic panini. Coffee lover? You’ll find plenty of options to satisfy your caffeine cravings. And if you’re in the mood to browse, their wine selection is worth a look—there’s no shortage of great choices.

Support this fantastic local spot—you’ll be glad you did.

The Cafe never disappoints, another amazing meal by a great chef! How he comes up with the flavor combinations is truly a gift. And the owner is so welcoming, she is always willing to pick out a great wine for us that pairs with her husband’s (the chef) fabulous food. The staff is kind, helpful, efficient as heck and always with a smile! How this little gem exists only in this lovely small town is an amazement. I would expect a place like this to be in a big city, but they have brought the big city to the valley! If you are ever in Woodstock I encourage you to stop by the Cafe! Breakfast and lunch are comforting and delicious and dinner is an event for the senses!

While we were passing through, we stopped and had lunch at the Woodstock Cafe. It’s a charming restaurant. The interior is really nicely done; small town dining area in the front, more open, spacious seating in the rear. You walk in and order at the counter and they bring your food to your seat. The staff we encountered were all very friendly, and the sandwiches were great. I had the Kaleidoscope and the man had the Reuben, both with the side salad. The salads were simple – lettuce, tomatoes, and shaved Parmesan cheese with a vinaigrette dressing. The portions – both the sandwiches and the salads – were large. The food was really fresh. We were both impressed! The restaurant also houses a small wine shop, for those interested in one-stop shopping. 😉

My favorite spot in town for breakfast and lunch. Great food and a wide variety of options with daily specials always providing something special. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can recommend the Cubans sandwich for lunch and the skillet for breakfast. Treat yourself with a cookie for later in the day.

The service was friendly, professional and prompt. The food was a good portion and tasty. Overall it was a nice Main Street town cafe experience. I would recommend it!
