The only reason the service got four stars instead of five is because the waitress messed up my order for the food was so good and she threw in some extras anyways that the overall was still still 100% five-star service. If I visit Kansas City again I will make sure to stop by here with my wife and kids. I wish this place nothing but the best and all the success.

If you are looking for a budget friendly option their $9.99 burger, fries and pie option is the way to go. The burger picture looks like a 10 but was a 7 out of 10. The fries were a bit crispy. And how do you go wrong with pie?:) The wait staff was pleasant and the right amount of attentive.

My family drives down from Olathe to eat here pretty often. The service is always kind and helpful, and especially patient with the kids. I love their pot roast sandwich and their fries are hot, super crisp and perfectly seasoned. My kids love picking a different pie every visit and they are all delicious. They always have deals and specials if you are on a budget (you can’t beat their burger/fry/pie deal for $10.99!) Bathrooms, front end, and diningroom are very clean and well kept. 10/10

We went in to have lunch and it was not very good. First, there was only one waitress servicing the whole store. It would have been a better experence if management closed some of the seating areas and just had one area open for customers. The poor girl was all over that resturant, trying to serve a group in one area, and then go to the other side of the restaurant to help another group. Besides that, my food had lots of salt on the chicken strips and fries, which I wanted to ask if I could get another without so much salt. Due to the one waitress serving the whole restaurant, she did not return until we were ready to go. I did tell her that my food was not great, and I did want to try again, and my wife did want a refill of her drink, but since she never came back until about 30 minutes later, I asked for the strips to be removed from the order. The only thing she could do was apply a discount on the meal. I would have pushed to get a different outcome, but she was allready having a great time being the only waitress. I wonder if there was a manager there?

Come on Perkins, you can do better. I really hate to think you gave up on food quality. It is sad, but the food quality sucked.

Stopped by after hike in Big Bull Creek park. Was hoping to enjoy the cold beer after hike, but they do not serve alcohol. Oh well. The food taste ok, just the portion is smaller than expected, even for a person who normally does not eat much.

Greasy, greasy menues with fingerprints all over them. An insert fell out of the menu onto the floor and saw a server put it right back in without wiping it off at all. Coffee carafe was filthy and dented. Food warm but not hot. The only real saving grace was our server. She was very welcoming and polite. I was starving and needed calories. Was seated right next to the kitchen and conversation was constantly interrupted with, ” coming in/coming out.” Dirty bathrooms. Only options for a tip was 18% and higher. Not sure what happened to 15%. I wish I would have taken a pic of the greasy menus. Will not return.
