It has taken me sometime to express how I feel about my experience at this particular Waffle House, during Asheville’s time of need right after Helene struck. I visited your establishment to fed my family. What I found horrified me, especially coming from such a brand. For 3 hash brown meat bowls, I paid over $65 in cash, couldn’t be given a receipt from the employee’s. Then also paid double for 2 orange juices for my wife and son. $12 for 2 but in dire times right …. I expected better. The rest of the community was pulling together, my family included, yet your establishment and your employees took advantage of the good people in this area during one of the worst times possible. You should be shut down

Our server, Kelan, was so helpful with our special requests! The cook and shift manager both came over to ask how we were doing. So awesome! My bowl and amped up grilled cheese were perfect. Mom’s hashbrowns with a few add ins were exactly what she needed today! ❤️

Been coming here for a while and have never had any complaints, however my most recent experience was mediocre at best. The food was good but cold, and our server, brown hair and bullnose ring, was distracted by a guest at another table and messed up our order. The table was sticky and the whole place seems to be going downhill. Disappointed to see it happen.

When traveling from Michigan to South Carolina, we always look for a Waffle House to stop at. And this location is probably the best Waffle House I’ve ever been to, certainly the cleanest. Bridgette was our server, and was superb. Prompt to take our order, got our food to us quickly, checked on us a couple times, kept my coffee filled, etc… and all the rest of the staff was incredibly friendly as well. 10/10 would recommend stopping in if your if your passing through.

A waffle house is only as good as the cook on the grill .. never seen a waffle house cook leave a station when it was as busy as this one was during breakfast till today . The next thing was laying bacon on plates with no order.. our food came cold .. waffle was so cold it wouldn’t melt the butter which was at room temperature . Then to fine out the cook was the Manger.. who left the floor completely during a rush to talk to a employee who came in .. the customers come first then the employee .. During our stay the Manger never hit the front counter again .. and our waitress said she was glad we got our food .. last how can a waffle house have cold coffee.

Among the better Waffle House restaurants that we have visited. The staff is friendly and Ms. Birdy took great care of us. She took our orders and made a suggestion for the combo that saved us some money.
The food was prepared just the way we asked for it.
There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces.

Every time I go to North Carolina from Illinois, to visit my son, I eat at Waffle Houses along the way. I’ve been to a bunch of Waffle Houses. The food is always good and the service is always excellent. This Waffle House was no exception.
Every Waffle House I’ve been to is also exceptionally clean. The staff seem to be highly motivated to keep their restaurants spotless. This area is where this Waffle House differs from all the rest. I’m not going to list all the nastiness I saw at this particular restaurant. Just look at the pictures and see for yourselves. All I can say is the manager or franchise owner must have been on vacation
