1st time dining here at Asahi Sushi and I must say this is the best food I’ve had in a very long time. Flavors were endlessly pouring in each bite. The Asahi roll and Heart attack roll were phenomenal. My wife loved the king salmon nigiri I personally liked the seared salmon belly more for the fatty texture. Soft shell crab is a great appetizer. The seating was nice, the area is quiet, and the music is classical with a holiday theme. 100% will return and have already recommened to many!

Mediocre sushi. We thought one of the sushi would have eel but it was only eel sauce. The menu was slightly misleading. And unfortunately my husband got a bad acid reflux after eating from here.

Fantastic experience here, even better than we were expecting. Prices were reasonable and the food was excellent. We got the gyoza appetizer, which came with 7 pieces but we ate a few before I could get a picture. We also ordered the hamachi nigiri and sake Don, both of which were beautifully presented. The salmon was very good and the rice was seasoned perfectly to complement it. Come here if you want good Japanese food with a chill, lounge like vibe.

Came here for a celebration dinner with my friend, after our road trip to move her to the Olympia area. The sushi was great, as well as the drinks and service. I will definitely be back soon. I’m excited to eventually live here too.

I have been here 3 times, once for takeout and twice for dine in. The service is amazing, the food is wonderful, the prices are fair. Everything is fresh and delicious. The plating is super unique. There is a lot of options and I will be back many more times!!

A hidden gem in Oly, we had a great lunch! Fantastic ambiance, seeing the 3-4 sushi chefs standing at attention behind the sushi bar when we entered was impressive. Service was outstanding, we were greeted immediately and offered a table. The menu was huge in my opinion with plenty of options. We ordered 3 different rolls which were delicious with a beautiful presentation including flower petals, beet coils and shaved radish. We spent $45ish, not including tip for 3 rolls and a soda. I’ll definitely be back for dinner so I can sample their big sake menu.
