The young lady working the drive-thru speaker sounded miserable. May have just been because the drive-thru was backed up. Food was good. Tried the new dipping “burritos”, don’t. They’re good, but not worth the $5.

Took my family out for a quick dinner, ordered at the kiosk one employee was working the register and was saying it was broken, a female employee walked up and helped him then another employee helped him, he tried another order and was saying was broken so another female employee helped him and as she was leaving he was having more issues so he had her to help him again and she told him to just push buttons until something happened as she walked out the door, also he was complaining the whole time and seemed like he didn’t even want to be there, the employees need to be better trained and should not act out in front of customers,
Food was mostly good except for the chicken in the discovery boxes it was almost dehydrated it was so dry, and tables seem to never be cleaned when you set down nor the floors under the tables when I got our refills that’s when I noticed the biggest issue, I did not notice on the first drink fill was busy with kids and trying to hurry to feed them but when I went back to get our refills I noticed mold and dirt on and beside the drink machine and on the spill way rack that is a deal breaker in one shot in my opinion, having people’s health in your hands, and I just now started going back after getting food poisoning 8 months ago at this same location on Decatur pike in Athens TN, this has been my 3rd trip here since then and to find this is absolutely disgusting and I believe I’ll be driving across town to another Taco Bell or just stop going altogether again, nobody can risk getting they’re family sick for a quick meal especially me and my family.

Asked for 3 tacos no lettuce. Received 3 tacos with lettuce. Husband ordered separately, asked for my replacement tacos. Still did not receive tacos. Called and asked ‘manager’ for refund. Told me I needed to come back in for a full refund and they weren’t going to give me the full amount with donation back. Said he needed approval. He must have needed an adult manager. I’m thinking maybe an adult manager should run the store at night.

Worse Taco Bell ever. Stale Doritos Locos Tacos Shells, Cold Burrito and Taco Meat constantly and multiple items always left out of bag.. Go Elsewhere you will be disappointed here… Oh and NEVER ask for sauce they hear it, they say ok.. but FOR SURE you aren’t getting it… WORSE TACO BELL EVER

Ordered on Door Dash Again today (only option here in town) and here we go again. Zero Sauce, Drink not full and my Taco was completely crushed with almost zero ingredients, and a burrito with two tortillas and a teaspoon of beef inside and nothing else ..TERRIBLE TACO BELL

Our freeze came out as a liquid asked for it to be fixed and they just handed us the same one back out the 3 grilled cheese burritos were supposed to have no chips on it and extra sour cream wich they came with the chips and no sour cream just awful do better next time just because ur mom thinks your a disappointment doesn’t mean you have to live up to it and disappoint other people pay attention to detail

I have NEVER had a good experience here. My food is either very much lacking, cold or missing. I ordered a chalupa supreme tonight and as you see in the picture I got less than half a chalupa. And in times past, I have called the manager and that does absolutely no good because it is just another teenager who doesn’t care and she actually hung up on me (and I was not being rude at all. She just didn’t want to hear that I wanted a refund.) I love taco bell food but it is ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS to even order from there because 100% of the time I regret it and I have wasted my time and my money. DON’T WASTE YOURS!

I’m not sure what the young man’s name was who served us on Thursday 9/25/25 mid afternoon. He stopped what he was doing in the lobby, to come to the counter and graciously accept our order. We could have used the kiosk, but he chose to serve us with a smile. It’s not easy to be an older person in this high tech modern world! But it IS easy to be kind. I wish I knew his name, so I could give kudos to the right person. To whomever it was, your unselfish kindness and willingness to serve did not go unnoticed!

I am so disappointed at the park food quality I had Solutions and hard taco supreme two diced tomatoes one chalupa was so flat it looked like a taco the chalupa bread was fried and oil that was old and Rancid I cannot believe the brand does not train their employees and teach them how to secure the brand and to continue the success of the brand by making sure the product is consistent across the country this is the worst Taco Bell I ever went to but the service was impeccable there were people that were having to work double duty work encounter and then go back and prepare the food and they did it with a good attitude
