I’m not sure who the lady is behind the counter but she acts pretty crazy when you ask about an online order that was placed 20 mins ago then slams my cups on the counter. Definitely needs to be fired all the other workers are polite besides that odd ball ♂️

Manager was too busy discussing prom dresses with some girls that someone taking out garbage had to stop what they were doing, wash their hands and come help me. Manager then walked around to the table area and had a very loud conversation with other friends while the line backed up about 8 people deep.

Manager there is name Olivia she is rude and very disrespectful towards me and other people there she yelled at an employee of the mall just about some trash so rude

Absolutely terrible service. The older female manager was extremely rude—she threw the food and told me, “Take it or leave it.” I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior at a fast food restaurant. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back

Good food, reasonably fast service. Only negative thing I have ever experienced is the employees don’t really smile. I’m always very polite to them and smile when I place my order. Maybe I’m just old fashioned but it’s a bit off putting when the smile isn’t returned.

The gentleman outside scrubbing the sidewalk i think his name is Eon doing a great job it’s not easy keep it up nice to see them fully staffed! Proud of the crew today it was very clean today the best I’ve seen it!! Take everyone doing their part n a full staff to be an effective team!
