Went to Starbucks with our Mayster Heating and Air team and had a great experience. Everyone enjoyed their drinks, tea and coffee, and some people grabbed sandwiches as well. Everything was fresh, the service was great, and we had a really good time together. Thanks for a nice stop!

Nice and inviting. When you walk in there is seating off to the side, but when you get to the counter and look to your right, you’ll be surprised to see that it opens up to a larger seating area. The employee at the counter was very talkative and polite. She greeted everyone without it feeling automated and you could tell she was truly happy to see them. The store was clean and bright and was easy to have a conversation in. I left with a new cup!

From the moment you open the door it feels light and airy. The vibes are positive. The store is clean and spacious.
I was warmly greeted by Aniyah. I had drove from an appointment in Renton and had to use the restroom before I ordered.
The restroom was clean and handicap friendly. I am partially paralyzed and use a seated walker to get around. The door wasn’t heavy to open/close.
I went back to the counter where Aniyah was there to warmly greet me again and take my order. I wanted a bag of beans ground to an espresso grind. She gladly did that for me. We also talked about the new matcha drinks and she helped me decide on the one I wanted to try.
Since it’s hard for me to sit in their seats since they are lower and I can’t quite hoist myself up I went over and sat on my walker.
Once she ground the beans she came over and handed them to me so I wouldn’t have to get up and walk back and forth while I waited for my drink. When my drink was done she heard my name called and she came and brought me my drink too!
Aniyah went above and beyond to help this freshly handicapped woman. It’s been hard adapting to a new life with a body that is failing me. For her to be as kind, caring and helpful as she was it really means the world to me. Aniyah has a beautiful soul. I appreciate her kindness so much.

So first time at this location! Everyone was sooo friendly when I walked in, and greeted me.
After a tough day dealing with some personal life issues, and feeling down in the dumps…Carol Lee, the barista who took my order, asked how my day was going, and I replied not the best.

I’m really fed up with ordering my iced London fog 10 minutes ahead at this location and still being told I have to pull to the front and wait 3 more minutes when I order in advance to avoid exactly that situation. I give myself ample time before work to grab my drink and this time it made me late. I do not have problems at any other location and the one time I did they also walked out a gift card on their own accord. They’re always rude when I order it at the drive thru so I do the exact thing you should do to avoid that situation and it doesn’t change a thing.

One of the main reasons I love visiting this café is its cozy, modern atmosphere, clean surroundings, contemporary furniture, and pleasant, unobtrusive service. I won’t comment separately on the quality of the coffee—it’s always excellent in all Starbucks cafes by default. There is always a place to park your car here. It’s a good place for short work sessions with a laptop or tablet and for meeting friends to chat

Went through the drive through. For some reason they keep putting water that way too hot in the tea, burning the tea making it bitter. I ask them to cool it down a little every time but I guess they don’t do that?
