Came last night and received the worst service. the irritated nonchalant order taker was the least of my concerns. The men who prepared my food need a lesson on quality. fries half full & been sitting for hours. Truthfully tho this is why people don’t mind paying a little more for culver’s because it will always be quality food. I’m not sure who goes to work & says i want to spend my hard earned money on food that lacks quality. I shouldn’t have to say fresh for you to know i want my food to be hot. The guy was waiting to give me a bag of crap & happy a bout it. This is truly something that needs to be looked into because they didn’t even care if we enjoyed our food. they just wanted us out their face so they could go back to doing nothing

Idk what is up with this locations work crew but it seems like everyone hates their job and doesn’t want to be there. The guy taking the order seemed annoyed and just wanted to not be there, they didn’t include the sauce for my nuggets, I had to ask for the proper drink because the guy taking the order didn’t bother to put it in right, and the baconator fries had almost no bacon on it so it was a complete joke. The only good thing about this is the gentleman at the pickup window was very kind so good on him. The rest of the crew however, completely a waste. Its crazy how much we spend on food in general already. I would expect my simplest of orders to be correct but they can’t even do that. Wont be coming back here and I would recommend people dont waste their money here either.

Went to this Wendy’s yesterday, March 21, 2024 at lunchtime and wanted to use the mobile app to buy offered $1 singles and $2 double cheeseburgers. Not a single employee knew how to use the mobile app so a single would have cost $5.99. My mom and I left and will NEVER come to this Wendy’s again.

The food and overall serviceto me is always better when a certain lady is there. Blonde hair,piercings,really nice personality.Then there’s this older white lady whose a manager and she sucks. Not nice,doesn’t know how to talk to customers or her staff. But overall the experience and food at this particular store is good!

GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION
Ordered $16’s worth of food and the ONLY thing I changed on the moblie selection order was to substitute the buns because I’m a diabetic. No condiments, no other vegetables, and lazily slapped on. Not worth the cost at all. I keep trying this location but it keeps getting WORSE. The other day I got a salad as well and was given the wrong item. Get your stuff together.

Worst customer service ever. The management and front counter couldn’t get anything right. Do not listen when taken orders. Use to be a great place to eat. The Manager was awesome back then. He would always greet you with a smile. Make sure your order was right. If it wasn’t there was not a problem getting it made the right way. Today I couldn’t get what I ordered. Had to change my order. Then it wasn’t made correctly. My husband went back again. Manager rude again! Handed food to my husband again lid wasn’t closed so when husband went to get it it slid out of the container and hit the floor. We order 2 meals charged us for one. OK, that’s alright we share fries and drink. We share everything. Well ding dang guess what didn’t even get the flipping fries. Paid 23 dollars and some change for a drink ten nuggets and a cheeseburger. Thank you Wendy’s for your most value incompetent employees. We are out our money with no food in my belly.

This Wendy’s is by far the best. Even if it’s out the way you want to go to this one and not the others. There is an employee there who always has great nails and he is an absolute joy when he’s working window or inside. My family feels good and clean and safe in this one. Bathrooms are clean and stocked and food is always hot and fresh!
