While I do like coming to the Palm Bay Rd. Location, tonight was a different experience our cashier Elena is very rude with an attitude, acting annoyed that I asked for no salad dressing. As far as the food they were your basic Panera quality.

Everything just has an issue with it. Service is slow. Portions are small. Prices are high. Super sugary drinks. It’s fine. A nice place to meet friends. The photo is an orange scone!! No icing, super small, and so dry

Went to Panera on Sunday about 11:30am. No line and no cashiers. Several people were standing by the coffee area waiting for on line orders and there was a small crowd waiting for order delivery by the soda area. Finally got a cashier placed an order for two bagels, one with butter one with honey walnut sour cream and coffee. We waited 20 minutes before we got the bagels, without butter or sour cream. I’m not sure what was going on but several customers at the delivery counter said they were told their orders were lost. Appears that the manager was as confused as the workers. Einstein Bagels might be a better alternative.

Went through the drive through for breakfast this morning, and I should have known better.

First, the price was outrageous. Two breakfast bagels (literally egg, cheese, and a bagel, they left the sausage off entirely) and two cinnamon rolls was 26$! On what planet is that even remotely acceptable?

Second, we were in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes, which was fine until we actually got the food. I’m fine with waiting for an order to be correct…

I didn’t open the sandwich until we got to our destination, which unfortunately was 20 minutes away. The egg was raw, the cheese was burnt, and there was no sausage.

This is hands down the worst breakfast I’ve had in town. Save your time and money, just go to McDonald’s instead. At least they don’t waste 1& minutes of your day while charging you an arm and a leg to serve you a raw egg and burnt cheese dry bagel there.

I only use the drive thru for breakfast and it’s often very slow getting the order out. They are definitely overpriced but my granddaughter loves the everything bagels. I love chai tea but it is very hit or miss here.

This Panera is absolutely filthy!!! It’s apparent there is a lack of attention to detail when cleaning and general maintenance. They were busy on a Sunday afternoon, so it took almost 30-min to get our food, which was not worth the wait nor price; thrown together sandwiches and barely any chicken in the salad.

Went with the you pick 2. Everything was fresh and a pretty big portion for the half a sandwich.

The drink selection is a tad bit lacking, just basic Pepsi products and two teas which were a specialty flavor. The tea was good tho as I do enjoy a good tea.

The location is older but they do a good job, some need to remember it’s the person making your food at that time and day. During my visit they had the A team as my food was excellent!

Not impressed, I got a sandwich. It didn’t have any of the sauce on it. I called and they said that I would get a free sandwich just to come in whenever. A few weeks later, I went in to get my free sandwich they said I had to have a Coupon or an email. Which I did give the lady all the information I went through all of my emails. I didn’t have anything. The manager said she’s new and she talked to them and that there’s nothing she can do, they resent me the coupon but said I can’t use it this visit and I have to use it a different visit. When I specifically planned to get lunch from Panera because I knew I had this free sandwich due to having the issues last time… very unprofessional and poorly handled customer service. I will not be returning to Panera and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Found a hair in my sandwich and definitely does not help that I was almost done with it

Im a long time fan of Panera, especially the bagels. Lately the everythings arent quite right. They don’t seem fully cooked. They aren’t as brown on the outside and don’t have the original texture inside. Looks like they have changed the recipe.
I just learned that these are not ‘New York’ bagels. NY bagels are boiled not baked and have some other subtle differences that IMH make a big difference. I’ll be looking for true ‘New York’ bagels from now on.
