Came for a quick lunch before the dentist. This was my first time here, & I was impressed by the cleanliness and an actual person at the cash register! Kiosks and I do NOT get along. They are just too confusing for me, and I can’t use survey codes for BOGO free sandwiches with them.
Vinny was pleasant and efficient. He took my code and had my free McChicken for me quickly. It was hot and good. It had the right amount of mayonnaise, but I should have asked for more lettuce. I like getting the points, and today I used 1500. May 1st I was destined to lose 300 points if I didn’t use my points. But you can not get anything for less than 1500 points.
I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area. I was impressed by staff, the place, and I know now to order more lettuce next time.

Waited five minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there, only to have the girl get on the speaker to say they were unable to take orders due to technical difficulties. In the meantime, all the lights are on the screens, etc.
This is the worst run location…..things are wrong more than they’re right.

Terrible management/ownership. They CHOOSE to charge extra for dipping sauce. They can claim it’s a corporate thing but we all know it’s not.
Everyone just ask for an obscene amount of ketchup packets. It’ll cost them way more than the sauce 🙂

Was in last night picking up a DoorDash order and one of the young ladies behind the counter was throwing a big fit to her employees about a drive thru order that needed to be refunded inside the store due to the product being out of stock. She was visibly annoyed and speaking disrespectfully and very loudly. She called the customer “fat” and “lazy”. As a bystander, this was the worst service I have witnessed and I hope McDonald’s does better. No one deserves to be talked to or talked about that way. Employees or customers.

This McDonald’s is one of the best in the area. The people here are high quality just plain nice people. I love them. They are nice to me and sometimes when I’ve had a bad day. One kind gesture changed my day. I really appreciate these people. They don’t have to be nice. They just are.

Just got my lunch from you guys, maybe like 10-15 mins ago. 2 bacon McDoubles, LARGE FRY and large coke. I feel like I got a med fryand you dumped it in a large cup. Aside from the 10 I ate driving back to work, I feel rather jipped outta fries.

Really comes down to the app. But this store did something I’ve never seen. I don’t eat onions. We ordered 3 mcdoubles. No onions no pickles. Usually onions are placed on the top with the ketchup. We looked.. everything looked great at first glance. But like i sensed onions. lol. These guys placed onions between the patties of all three. I’m posting this review with the video so when we’re done trick or treating I’ll have some proof that what happened 3 hours prior was legit. Sorry for the creepy video. Staff was cool. I know it happens. I’ll delete once i get it resolved
