I stopped by the Taco John’s in Marion, and it was exactly what I was looking for in a quick and tasty meal. The location on N Court St is super convenient—easy to find with plenty of parking. The interior is spotless, and the atmosphere is surprisingly chill and welcoming for a fast-food spot. The service was absolutely top-notch; the staff was friendly and efficient, so I didn’t have to wait long at all. Their signature Potato Olés were a highlight—piping hot and perfectly seasoned. If you’re looking for a reliable spot that offers great value for your money and a pleasant dining experience, this location is a winner!

I got a burrito supreme combo with potatoes n cheese. The seasoning on potatoes love it has a salty taste that I really enjoy on potatoes. Under $12 plus drink only took about 5 minutes for them to hand me food

Place is usually a little pricey but good. I got 12 chicken tacos (chicken is cheaper than beef) and it cost me $47.04. I also added sour cream and it was .59 cent extra per taco. Half of my order didn’t even have sour cream on them and they just threw a cup of sour cream on there like that was okay. Price is way to high and the service was half pretty poor.

Personally, im in thr minority who never cared fkr the REALLY BIG tex mex fast food chain. I prefer something with more authentic spices.. but still keeping with that good old Tex Mex junk food theme. Savory, well spiced, fast and convenient.
So whenever I can, I get to a Taco John’s. I have traveled 80 miles one-way just to split a “6 pack and a pound” with a friend.
The ingredients seem.. Just better. Cleaner flavors that doesn’t seem as mass produced.
This store in Marion is the last man standing in what was once a series of TJs across the area. Please, eat here often, it must be preserved!

If you scroll through my reviews, you will see I’m a Taco John’s fanboy, haven’t been to one I didn’t like. Friday dinner around 6p.m. food was fast and tasty. Restaurant was clean and staff was pleasant.
I recommend getting some soft tacos, potato oles and a side of ranch. Start combining and you will quite the tasty hacked tacos. They are so good, they should be on the menu! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Ordered three separate supper nachos, specifically ordered. Questioned the orders for no beans at the speaker, questioned again at the window while looking at receipt. No sir no beans on the first two. Drive seven miles home and guess what, beans. Orders are constantly wrong. Double check when you get the bag, before you leave.

I ordered a 5 dollar meal with a taco and burrito added sour creme and lettuce which they didn’t put on. I ordered an extra soft taco that didn’t make it in the bag either apparently.
